There are total 4 of us staying in the Riad for 3 nights.
Myself and my boyfriend room is at the 2nd floor
2 of our friends are at the ground floor next to the “living” area.
The Riad is located near the Main Street and it is very easy to find and navigate. Great location !
Inside the Riad it is nicely decorated too.
1. The room is huge and nicely decorated , clean
2. Staffs are very friendly and with minimal charges they will get the clothes washed too
3. Heater works very well
4. The breakfast was nothing special usually it comes with eggs and multiple choices of local breads and sweets with coffee and tea
5. They are very accommodating to our friends’ request to change to another room too
Point to note :
The shower and toilet are combined so the floor get wet after each shower
Overall we had a great experience here and would recommend it to other travellers too.

I don't recommend it at all. It's far from the station. The room is dirty. The kettle is covered with stains and dust. The bed is hard. Most importantly, it's not soundproof. The windows are the same as if there were no windows. You can hear the road noise directly. The service is very bad. A bunch of hotels are gathered in one front desk. The location and photos shown on the website are wrong. I wanted to store my luggage, but the front desk waitress was so impatient that I threw it on the ground. It's too bad. There's not even a luggage room. Don't stay there.

Studio was nice and clean, however breakfast stuff are very rude and breakfast is exteremly bad and we had to ask them like 10 times to refill the items. Since the moment we arrived to the breakfast it had no items and we asked them like 10 times to refill and they didn't refill in the end until we fought with them. Also, breakfast has a very very limited options (only eggs and some cheese, that's it)

I recommend! Good location, everything is close by, I didn't like Casablanca, it was dirty and disgusting, against this background, the hotel is just paradise. Large and cozy rooms.
