Negative emotions from visiting this hotel. According to the hotel's rules, check-in is at 14:00, we arrived at 14:30. The room was not ready. I had to go to the front desk several times and remind myself. As a result, only at 16:30 we were given a room. Without any apologies or compensation.
The hotel has centralized air conditioning. And our room had all the windows facing the sun, as a result the room felt like being in a heated oven. When we asked the workers to turn on the air conditioning and cooling, they answered that it was only mid-April and the most they could do was not supply heat to our room. :))))
And with the windows open, we actually slept on the roadway. The noise of the street and tram practically prevented us from sleeping.

Very satisfied with the room, the only thing that disgusted me was that they only provided 2 bottles of water to the room on the night of check-in. No matter how long you stay, you only get 2 bottles on the day of check-in. I would rather you charge 2 yuan more for the room rate.
