I arrived at this 'Hotel' and promptly discovered there was confusion at my booking. I showed my receipts and eventually my booking was confirmed.
I was also made to pay an amount of 'tax', which had to be paid in cash. I asked why was this not made clear when I made the booking-no answer given.
My booking stated a complimentary breakfast was included with the tariff however at the hotel I was told that I had to pay for breakfast...???
The hotel was dirty: dirty linen, dirty towels, lights with no globes in them, remote control with no batteries...I appreciate the accommodation was fairly inexpensive...but the hotel was poor.

Bonjour, La réceptionniste m’a arnaqué. Elle m’a demandé de faire une nouvelle réservation parce que la première n’était pas bien passée. Après avoir effectué la deuxième réservation, le site n’a pas pu débiter le montant de ma carte une seconde fois.
