I have had such an amazing experience at this hotel! From the room service, cleanliness, facilities including gym and the rooftop bar/ restaurant. The meals were 10/10. From the breakfast buffet to lunch of which I ordered lobster spaghetti it was delicious- I would highly recommend. The view in the restaurant terrace was breathtaking overlooking the Hassan II mosque which is popular place of worship in Casablanca. The towels were thick, soft and of high quality. Bedding soft including comfortable with a pillow menu of options to choose from. Loved the convenient charging point for all iPhones next to the bed. I enjoyed the gym it had the essentials necessary for a good workout on a weekend trip. I didn't try the spa as I was busy visiting the city but my family members went to do the hammam and they couldn't speak highly enough of the experience. Definitely going to visit again when I'm in Casablanca next!

I was a guest at your hotel during a business trip on September 22, and I checked out approximately five days later. After my departure, my company was informed that I had taken a bathrobe from the room, and they were requested to pay for it. I would like to clarify that I did not take anything from the room. I used the bathrobe during my stay and left it inside the shower box, from where it was later collected by the room service team. Furthermore, if I had actually taken anything from the room, I believe I would have been informed at the time of check-out, not several days later. This accusation has caused me significant embarrassment and damage to my reputation with the host company. Although they have already settled the amount, I strongly object to this charge and kindly request that you review your laundry and housekeeping records to confirm that I did not take any item that belongs to the hotel.
