Service makes the difference
The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found.
The service was the highlight, particularly at the breakfast, both Marco and Valentina did everything they could to make our experience the best. Congrats to this team!

Bellissima struttura con due mulini a vento in un bel giardino con piscina, bar, ristorante e servizio spiaggia privato. La camera era moderna, ampia e pulita così come il bagno. Unica pecca: abbiamo atteso 20 minuti al cancello che qualcuno ci aprisse e nessuno a risposto alle numerose telefonate che noi e un’altra coppia in attesa abbiamo effettuato. Un po’ di attenzione in più non sarebbe male dato il livello della struttura

Hôtel idéalement situé en bord de mer Chambre spacieuse mais salle de Bains petite avec une douche étroite et mal équipée Restaurant avec vue sur la mer : petit dejeuner correct mais prix prohibitifs pour le déjeuner ou le dîner. A quelques dizaines de mètres se trouvent de bons restaurants de plage accessibles par la plage comme par exemple celui du Lido San Giuliano. Piscine petite et sans parasol Les équipements de cet hôtel ne justifient pas le prix de la chambre auquel il faut ajouter 20€/jour pour le transat plage et un supplément de 5€ pour une serviette de bain

Location incantevole ben curata e i mulini rappresentano un plus davvero unico. Da migliorare sicuramente il servizio ristorazione, pietanze non sempre all'altezza del blasone di un 4 stelle. I prodotti del buffet colazione lasciano a desiderare e il pane raffermo a cena, anche no. Così come il servizio spiaggia a pagamento dopo aver pagato le camere e servizio mezza pensione non è il massimo. Insomma per essere davvero un resort quattro stelle bisogna migliorare i servizi offerti e non pensare solo a risparmiare per il proprio profitto.

Abbiamo trascorso una giornata in questo meraviglioso Resort . Stanza pulitissima , location bellissima con piscina e spiaggia con lido a pochi passi . Se vuoi rilassarti è il posto giusto per non parlare della bellezza di questa struttura con i mulini e nella natura . Personale molto gentile .

Abbiamo passato una settimana ai Mulini resort. Location eccezionale nella quale siamo riusciti a rilassarci davvero, anche grazie al personale molto gentile e disponibile. Letto comodo, camera pulita ma arredamento molto minimal. Anche ristorante sia per colazioni e pranzi ma soprattutto per cena davvero consigliato. Unica nota che possiamo fare: una struttura di questo livello non dovrebbe perder punti nel far pagare 5€ i teli mare o 20 € per ombrellone e lettini.

During our motorbike trip with friends we stayed overnight in this wonderful resort. Compliments to the staff, the welcome, the waiter, the breakfast which is excellent and very assorted, the rooms are very neat and clean, I recommend it to everyone

Unique experience of staying in a mill. Wonderful seaside resort just outside Trapani, overlooking the Egadi Islands and Erice. The complex is well-kept and private, immersed in a splendid garden overlooking the sea and is composed of a series of rooms, a villa with swimming pool, and two mills, with a beautiful swimming pool facing the sea. We stayed inside a real mill, in which a splendid and very particular suite has been created, pampering and romantic, which made our holiday a truly unique experience. Wonderful to admire the splendid sunset over the Egadi islands, sipping wine on the private terrace in front of the mill. The cuisine offered in the restaurant overlooking the garden and the swimming pool was exquisite, where we tasted particular dishes, served with care and were looked after with the utmost kindness and professionalism. The truly unique location, the goodness of the food and the warm welcome from all the very kind staff made our holiday truly special.
