Super 8 by Wyndham Casa Grande

Check In was fine. Arrived to an open room. Found a used bandaid in the bathtub, no shower curtain and one bed had a stained sheet. Staff was quick to respond and everything was made right. My mom is 92 and she had a tough time getting in the bed due to it’s height. Booked hotel for two nights but they didn’t clean up the room the after the first night which I expected since there was no discount for the second night. Upon check out the staff gave us a small potted plant, I assume for a sorry for our problems. I recall booking breakfast but there are no breakfasts at all except for coffee and juice I was told there would be some small pastries but I never saw any either morning. Anyway it was like the second cheapest hotel in the area so I wasn’t expecting a great experience. Room was clean but needed some minor repairs. Overall a 2 in my book.

Nice! We were pleased with our room. Good bathroom, shower was very nice. No problem with anything in the room. Bed was comfy. Will book again.

Initially I booked a king handicap room , When I arrived the reservation was changed somehow and got a handicap room with 2 queens . The second day we were switched to the handicap king room, However neither of these rooms contained a sofa , only desk with uncomfortable chair. There’s plenty of room In either room for a comfortable small sofa to where you can seat and relax rather than seating on the bed. Will stay again provided comfortable seating is added.

The hotel is a Super 8 with Wyndham's name put on it. A one star hotel. They simply put in vinyl plank flooring in the main room, new counter top around the sink in the room and fresh paint. The quality is extremely poor. The sink drains were corroded from drain cleaners. The bathroom was dirty, hair on the shower walls, tiles on the ground and surround were chipped and broken. The toilet bowl was dirty. The floors throughout the room made our socks and their white towels black! We bought cleaning supplies for the bathroom. The housekeeping staff gave us more towels to lay on the floors. The shampoo, bodywash, and lotion bottles attached to the walls were only 1/4 full. The door was hung improperly. A 1/2" gap on the bottom half of the latch side.... you could see both out and in! There were uneven gaps around the rest of the latch side, top, and bottom of the door. We bought rolled foam weatherstripping and a heavy draft roll to put around the door at night. We could no longer take the poor quality and lack of cleanliness and checked out early.

Our stay was nice although it would be nice if it lasted longer. It was the most rest and peace I have experienced in a very long time. The room was a wonderful, quiet corner of the world for us. Helped us release some of our worries. It's always nice when you can check out for a little while
