This includes vaping and marijuana. - Any smoking on the property will result in a $500 fine.We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted. We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate. Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.PLEASE NOTE:There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs.
