This would have been a five star review but after continental breakfast having a roach in the Raisin Bran I can’t give it!! The room was good the staff was helpful then this happened I brought it to the manager attention was told since I booked thru the IHG app there is nothing they can do but offer points which up until now I haven’t received!! But how many points is worth a roach in your food!! Then I call customer service and they said case is closed by management and there is nothing they can do! And I was told by a member of housekeeping this has happened before but they won’t do anything! Now I get I’m one person and I don’t matter but it speaks volumes of how they feel about customers

Our room was clean but toilet wouldn’t flush. They gave us a key to use a different room because maintenance wouldn’t be in until after checkout. Breakfast food was not good

Before my visit to this hotel, I had just come from the Hilton Hotel in downtown Nashville. The Holiday Inn was 10 times cleaner, the staff was much nicer and the beds were more comfortable than the Hilton. I give the Holiday Inn a 20 out of 10! Fantastic Stay!! 👍
