The apartment and location were lovely, but we felt that the amenities were somewhat lacking.
However, the biggest issue we encountered was with the card key system. On the day before our checkout, the card stopped working, and we had to make multiple trips to the reception to resolve the issue. This was particularly frustrating with two young children in tow, who were sleepy and crying by the time we finally got it sorted out. It wasted an hour of our time and caused unnecessary stress. We were told initially that we had already checked out, which was not the case, and it took three attempts before we were finally able to enter the apartment.
Given the inconvenience this caused, we hope that the hotel will review their card key system to prevent such errors in the future.

Overall, we would consider staying here again if they address these issues.

The location of the apartment is perfect, in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and the pool, ideal for a few days of rest. However, the services leave a lot to be desired. The apartment does not have any type of amenities, such as a bottle of water, coffee or other products usually available in 4-star accommodations.
Despite having a coffee machine and a dishwasher, there wasn't even a coffee capsule or washing up liquid. There was also no drainer to dry hand-washed dishes. I requested twice, both by phone and in person, a pair of slippers and detergent for the washing machine, but they were never delivered. I even went to reception (which is in another structure) during the night, where they assured me that they would be delivered the next morning, which did not happen.
In short, the apartment is spacious and well located, but the total lack of services and the lack of attention to guests' requests make the experience quite disappointing. A shame, because the space has a lot of potential.

Hotel a precisar de uma renovação, serviço de receção é feito em outro hotel distante, no momento do check in os cartões dos quartos não estavam bem codificados tivemos que substituir, os apartamentos tem duas tv mas nenhuma funcionava, não tem uma garrafa de agua, chinelos ou um robe, a pior parte foi querer tomar um banho de agua quente e não poder. De longe algum dia pode valer o dinheiro.
