Infelizmente a primeira experiência com o hotel não foi das melhores, equipe despreparado para lidar com as reservas feitas pelo APP.
Ao tentar fazer o check-in fomos informados que não havia nenhuma reserva pelo aplicativo e ficamos por cerca de meia hora tentando resolver, só isso já gerou um transtorno, cansados com sono e tendo que ficar na recepção tentando ajudar ao recepcionista achar a nossa reserva. Quase chegamos ao ponto de fazer uma nova reserva no local e pagar novamente (já tento efetuado o pagamento pelo app).
Ao tentar cancelar a minha reserva pelo aplicativo, solicitei ao atendente um comprovante do estabelecimento informando que eles não acharam a reserva. Somente nesse momento que o atendente foi em busca do seu supervisor que ajudou achar a nossa reserva.
Depois de um tempo de espera chegaram à conclusão que estavam procurando pelo aplicativo errado do estabelecimento e acharam a nossa reserva feita pelo app inicialmente. (Uma observação a se fazer, falei várias vezes o nome do aplicativo pedi várias vezes para conferir o número da nossa reserva e o recepcionista afirmando que estava procurando pelo aplicativo certo)
 Esse tipo de erros simples como achar uma reserva não pode acontecer, não foi erro na minha visão do atendente mas sim da pessoa responsável ao treiná-lo.
Essa situação gera transtorno e desconforto ao hóspede, impactando na experiência do cliente, não só com hotel como também com o próprio aplicativo. Porém fomos informados que o aplicativo não enviou nenhum e-mail avisando da nossa reserva.
Em relação à instalação o quarto que ficamos estava bem limpo e organizado as acomodações é OK.
A nossa viagem foi a atrapalho as acomodações supriram o necessário.
