I've been staying at the budget Inn twice a week from Feb to May for work and I have to say that I was very pleased with my stay. Comfortable bed, consistently clean, friendly staff, and good price. It really is basic but if you want quiet and a restful night, try the budget inn.

I have some environmental sensitivities that prevent me from getting comfortable while on the road for work. I found the Budget Inn by chance and needing a long term stay I booked 3 nights as an experiment. I have been here for 3 months now. I appreciate the fact that Ethernet is available and the rooms are calm (EMF calm) and clean. The owners are MAGNIFICENT and maintain their property with respect. If, or when I return to Carthage TN I will absolutely stay here!

Okay stay
Room was bear minimum. No microwave or closet but did have fridge. Bedding was old. Room appeared clean. Nothing else close so had to stay there

Clean, a little out dated, but there were no bugs. The room was clean, the parking lot was clean, all in all, good hotel. Rates were ok.
