Front desk was nice and helpful. I was able to use their computer and they had free printing. Place was clean. Thin walls though. Could hear everything in the next room.

I typically don’t complain or have any issues at hotels, and I’ve stayed in many. Upon arrival, there were marks on the carpet, the bathroom floors looked dirty, I found a few large roaches and the day we left I found a beetle in the bed. I didn’t ask for a refund, but the front desk offered a partial refund. They were very nice about it & staff were very apologetic. The employees were so nice, but this place is truly an absolute dump. I have never experienced this stuff at a hotel. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Went here with my daughter room was clean and well air conditioned. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and good selection. When I came back from being out the room was cleaned well. I felt bad when I touched up my hair dye and left a need but the cleaning team was amazing and did a great job.

We stayed here at midnight last minute stop. The staff was more than helpful, the front desk girl assisted us in finding safe parking for our truck and jet ski. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It may need updating but I would gladly stay there again.

This place needs some major maintenance. Stayed in room 108 and the mold was so potent that it smacked you in face when you open the door. Then we find out where it was coming from. The bathtub has a huge hole that was “repaired” as you can see in the picture. Which means the water is seeping below the tub and causing mold. The second room that we were given was so hot and the ac was not working. Third room was fine with no mold and everything working with a couple pieces of tile that were cracked.

Unfortunately, pool was closed and the wi-fi was unavailable. Not only that, we had an emergency around 3:45 AM with smoke alarms sounding. Somehow a disturbed person entered the Inn and proceeded to the upper floors. He pulled out a fire extinguisher and sprayed it everywhere. We had to evacuate with wet towels over our faces and wait in car until fire crews allowed us to return to our rooms. At least the manager returned half of our payment.

Don't expect a pool!
Booked specifically because this hotel had an indoor pool; however, the pool was closed due to no license. Needless to say, disappointed grandkids when they found out about it. Felt they should have noted this closure on their website or at the time of booking.
