This hotel met our need for a bed and a place to relax before our early flight. The bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. It seems like handicap rooms are always the cheapest so we ended with a handicap room which was fine. The hotel was a little loud but not bad.

There was blood on the shower curtain and told the clerk at the front desk and she didn't seem to care. Don't waste your time going to this hotel.

This hotel is just down the road from the airport. Our flight got in after midnight so we were not able to get shuttle service. The rooms and common area are clean. Filtered water in the fitness center. Check out time is noon so it gave us the time we needed to sleep in. Typical shower amenities were available. It’s always nice to have those. We would stay again.

The hotel is close to the airport yet I don’t remember hearing planes (quiet). It is also close to Schwab Field. There’s a convenience store and restaurant (Perkins) within walking distance. The hotel and property was clean. The front desk staff were so nice and accommodating as were the shuttle drivers. They provided a shuttle to and from Schwab Field and the airport which was greatly appreciated. We did not need a vehicle the four days we were there! The only reason I gave 4 stars was for breakfast and the lack of a microwave in the room. It’s nice to have a fridge but it would be nice to have a microwave to heat leftovers in. The dining room had a good selection of food each morning but it was barely warm. Even the “hot” water carafe was barely warm. Again, a microwave in this area as well would allow guests to heat the food to their liking. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Omaha Airport during an event in the city. While I don't expect a Hampton Inn to be fancy, I do expect good service. That's not what we experienced here. Both elevators were not working for the whole stay (and apparently for days later) and they didn't seem to do anything about it. At first they said it would be working shortly but we never saw a service person there. They made no arrangement to help anyone with their bags. My wife was due to have knee surgery next month and yet she had to walk up stairs multiple times a day. I had to carry bags up myself. They also offered no compensation for the problem and I had to make calls to Hilton to get a refund of my points after many calls to the hotel with no response. The rooms themselves were fine, but the service was terrible. There was rarely a staff person at the front desk. I would never stay at this hotel again. There's a Holiday Inn right next door and as convenient to the airport. Not sure if it's any better.

First off, if you’re staying for easy access to the airport, this is an okay location. But I was seriously disappointed by the lack of attention to detail, and efforts to save money at the expense of customer service. There was no diamond welcome gift, although they did provide me with a bottle of the cheapest possible water when requested. The bathroom was the old school dirty tub shower, rather than a clean walk in. There were mounts on the wall for amenities such as shower gel, but all the bottles had been removed. So I had a bar of prison soap and a tiny bottle of conditioner. No shampoo or shower gel. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The carpet was stained. But the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was no laundry bag in the room. The hotel isn’t bad, and with a bit of care and attention could be a solid 3 stars. But poor management means it barely scrapes a 2. Well below the standards of a typical airport Hilton.

Could have been better
Room had medicine and food on the floor when we arrived. Bottom sheet and bed cover were stained. Bandaid fell out of the mini fridge when we opened it.
Was quiet and convenient to what we were doing in town.
Dissapointed after spending 300 dollars for one night!!

I was profoundly disappointed. The room booked is not the room I was given. We were 2, had booked 2 queen beds and was given 1 king. I spent an hour sorting it out, the desk blamed *******, and despite assurance of a discounted rate, I was charged a rate $50 MORE than my booked rate. As I write I am awaiting a refund. Very unhappy.
