Booked this location to be nearby airport for 5:05am departure. Arriving around 4 pm the day prior to leaving town, found the lobby check-in area dark, almost like the lights were turned off, but it was lit. An upgrade is needed. When we reached our room the first sensation when opening the door, cigarette odor, like years of it. The office chair for the desk had torn material. As you walked about the facility a general feel of a major update is apparent. A metal door frame was lying on the floor at the end of one hallway. You see fixtures, like odor control units hanging on wall missing the cover. There was some sticky substance on the room a/c unit. The sink drain backed up. Carpet seemed dirty. The furnishings just seemed very dated. All personnel encountered were very nice. Shuttle driver in early am who took us early to airport terminal was great. We got to go before the scheduled time, which 3:40am is kind of a crazy time to get checked in. This facility needs a remodel. Very convenient place for downtown, ballpark or airport. Hopefully it gets some well deserved tlc.

Had a reservation, got there to check in and it seemed like they had issue figuring out where to put me. Finally landed on a room, gave me the keys and away I went. My daughter and I got to the room and I was JUST about to put my key in and swore I heard voices coming from within. Granted all hotel walls are paper thin, but I just felt like there were voices…so I knocked. Sure enough….there’s guests….in the room I was just given. Great fun had I just walked in. Needless to say, the already-present guests were a little concerned too!! Dragged out stuff back down to the front desk and spent another 15-20 minutes to find a room with a working lock, it sounds like (one of the ladies went to check several rooms), finally found one for me. Took one look and turned right around and left. Smelled like cigarette smoke, bed or comforter was lumpy, looked like it was thrown together and must have been a “last resort” room. At any rate, I asked for a refund and got a room at a hotel up the road. Won’t be back.

Come here only if you need a shower and a bed. Great place if you just need a place to crash or you are a construction guy looking to clean up and sleep after working a long day. I put up with it because it was only me. Would not recommend for family. Place is run down. Not that clean. Room smelled of smoke and pot. Pool looked good. Breakfast was pretty good. Desk people need to be more welcoming
