The hotel is right by the sea, the beach is across the road, and the mall downstairs is lively.
When walking to the back of the hotel, there are many restaurants and roadside stalls. Of course, the wayuu bags I bought are fakes, and the materials are different.
Brother Security also instructed me to go to a regular store to exchange money.
Breakfast was good too.
When I went there, there was a meeting to protect corals, so many people.
The old 5 star hotel that stayed when I first came to CARTAGENA 10 years ago, was very impressed, especially for the courtyard layout, the swimming pool and the restaurant on the side. It arrived at around 10:00 am. It has been 28 hours flight and transfer from Beijing. It is really tired and I don’t want to wait until 3 pm (on the Intercontinental, I’ve received $50 for early check-in). The plan to stay; the front desk said that the room was ready to live, and agreed to advance the breakfast on the last day to the day, it is very rare, thank you! The front desk, restaurant and various services are very thoughtful, although the room looks old, still feel things Great value!
Excellent service, very well attended, its staff is well prepared for guest service. Clean room. It offers a beach 50 meters away but currently there is no beach. They are under construction, so you must travel more than 500 meters to have access to one. The prices of minibar products are very high. I rate it overall 4.5/5

It was a very good hotel I liked the view of the room everything had hot water the food was very complete and very varied and I did not really like the attention of the girls they always had a bad temper but everything was perfect the view the view of the bar it was perfect at night the list the room was very nice the food the lunch everything was perfect the drinks in the pool the snacks in the pool I can give it a nine out of 10
Pool area was great, beds were comfortable. The real problem was the breakfast. Very little choice and milk, yoghurt etc left out for hours with no refrigerator. There were also a lot of fruit flies on the uncovered food. I got sick after eating the yoghurt
The location of the hotel and the environment are excellent, but the front desk staff is too bad, not as good as domestic, two rooms, one check-in for 2 hours, and one check-in for five hours. Check out inexplicably, there was an extra bill in the room. I chatted with the same Chinese who checked out and said that this was normal. He misremembered his consumption in other rooms. Fortunately, I found that it was changed back. It was too ink...
We had a great time, breakfast is very good and varied. However, the room had no window. It has a small entrance of light that gives where the air conditioning is located and in the photos it seems to be a window but it is not. I highlight this in particular because we booked thinking that it did have a window and the photos of the rooms are misleading.
Would not recommend depending on what you are looking for during your trip. The hotel is old, eveything is dated. The pool is filthy. That said, the staff is great. So you won't want to spend more time than necessary there but it is well located. The beach is across the street and there are plenty of restaurants. It's a busy area.
The hotel is a half hour walk from the old city, and the taxi fare is 10,000 pesos. The hotel's service is very good, especially the breakfast service, but the room's hygiene is not ideal, the room is small and not soundproof. The beach near the hotel cannot swim, the wind and waves are very big and it is a rock.
Big room with amazing view. Standard breakfast. There are supermarkets and many restaurants around. Price very reasonable.
They charge 35$ for any visitors, even if you just invite your friend for prepaid breakfast. Not enough privacy and too much control.

Outstanding
YYongmingIt's just an ordinary hotel with a bit of design. It was being renovated when we moved in.
桂桂The hotel is strategically located along the coastline, 15 minutes' walk away from the old town of the World Heritage Site. Booked a sea view room and gave it to a high floor when I checked in. The view is invincible. The hotel has three swimming pools. It is very pleasant to have a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery at sunset. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and there are many guests eating after 10 o'clock. Those who like to sleep in do not have to worry about missing breakfast time. The bathroom is very large, and the shower series are from Colombia's local organic brand, with a pleasant fragrance. Ctrip's price is very favorable, much cheaper than booking. I stayed for three nights and it was very pleasant! highly recommended!
CcsanchezbaThe hotel is located in the modern and commercial area of the city, combined with the perfect location and services. I would certainly come back and I recommend it to families, with child@s enjoys equally.
GGuest UserGreat hotel with good amenities the gym was good to have older equipment but enough to get a good workout. Location was great right across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms clean and always restocked
GGuest UserEverything was okay despite the fact that the floor felt dusty. The rooms are new and the beda comfortable. Just felt the rooms were missing some components making it more comfortable as they felt cold and neat.
RROBERTOHotel datato, ascensore puzzava di muffa, colazione accettabile ma all aperto e pieno di zanzare, sistema dell aria condizionata da rifare, letti pure,il prezzo dell hotel secondo me non e' pari alla struttura
GGuest UserWell the food was terrible. My husband was sick to his stomach for 2 days. They took care of the cost though. Breakfast was ok. Room was very small especially for travellers with big luggage. We also had no tv for a day and a half out of the two days we were there. Not in Cartagena for tv but it’s nice at night before bed and in the morning. But that never happened. Staff was not that pleasant. We were at the pool bar for a few hours one night. No service hardly at all. The staff was more interested in watching the soccer game than paying customers and being in the restaurant hotel business my whole life that is not acceptable Will never stay again. Location is great though.
GGuest Userright opposite the public beach. hotel offers full board for those who want to be right by the sea.
the staff is nice. Air conditioning is a bit weak if you like it that way the high humidity is unpleasant
