El lugar es cerca a todo lo turístico que ofrece Cartagena, las habitaciones son cómodas, el personal fue muy amable y atento todo el tiempo, el lugar es alejado del ruido a 1 cuadra es la playa súper, hay una droguería cerca por los niños y hay una ARA a media cuadra

Hotel de mediano nivel,aunque aceptable a mi gusto...lo peor,el ruido procedente de la calle,durante todo el día y,lo que es peor, toda la noche...por eso ,es imprescindible un doble acristalamiento ,del que carece...para postre, la casa vecina tiene un perro que no para de ladrar,y bien fuerte..por eso,se descansa mal... Ok where do I start, no sure how this property got a high review but has to be the worst property I have ever stayed in. Was nosiy, next door neighbors kept banging at something at nights, property smells bad, not as pictured on the ad. Limited selection to menu, very difficult to communicate as the had no one on staff that speaks English. Aac barely worked, limited selection on TV and was not like I could switch to Netflix or YouTube as the TV was not smart. Internet-service was also vet sporty. I also needed to check out Ealy due to my wife giving birth and the refused to cancel my remaining reservations. Terrible day experience.

Estuve 3 noches con mi esposa (sábado-domingo-lunes). Primeramente me asignaron una habitación, ya pagada, y cuándo llegué me cambiaron y nunca avisaron. La señal de wifi muy irregular. El desayuno muy irregular sin variedad, hace falta un toque hotelero. A la habitación le hace falta un toque decorativo. Hay una niña en recepción bastante grosera. La ubicación es buena.

5 Stars. It has great beach views, amazing rooftop restaurant and super friendly staff. It’s walking distance to the Wall City. The hotel has a pleasant quietness. The manager Jimmy was the best! I recommend short term or long term stay

The staff were amazing. The places needs an update. Wha I didn’t like is that I had to kill two cockroaches in my room. And there was a bad smell in the bathroom shower. Beds were ok. A table in the room would have been nice to have a place to put my things down on.
