Superlative in every way, this hotel offers the best experience in comfort, style, food, beach, in Cartagena. Not cheap in any way either but it's worth splashing out for.

Excellent hotel and staff. Brand new with some amazing art work and decor. The view and ambience is simply beautiful. The only one problem I have which I know is being addressed is the last 1/2 drive to the hotel is literally thru some rough unpaved road which can make you car sick if you suffer from motion sickness. Besides that which I said is being addressed a must visit to relax and be one with nature if you are in Cartagena

Los diferentes ambientes, la decoración, la ambientación, excelentes. Lo que más nos gustó, la espectacular atención del personal. Volveremos sin duda alguna. Hermoso hotel y las comidas TOP .Alexandra en el front genial todo fue magnifico. Lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado

Andres, kevin y Deimer son excelentes!! Nos atendieron de maravilla en la Pergola. Además en Humo y en la playa también la comida ha sido muy buena, hemos quedado encantados. Recomiendo 10/10 el hotel, y el servicio ha sido buenísimo en todas las facilidades del hotel.

Went here with my girlfriend and se were blown away. We had the best cocktails at Pergola bar and the staff was amazing our mixologists Leidy, Deimer and Jose kept the drinks flowing and we got to meet Chef Erick who did his thing on the cuisine. The hotel is beautiful l, the sunset views are out of this world and service is unmatched.

The catering team did an amazing job, delivering beautifully presented dishes that tasted even better than they looked. A special shout-out to Camilo, the golf cart driver, who was incredibly friendly and made getting around the resort a breeze. His warm smile and helpful attitude truly enhanced our experience.
