Staff is friendly. Breakfast is fine, although not a buffet you can have as much as you want and drink coffee or tea The location is central near the center and bus station. The hotel itself is worn out and completely outdated.. needs to be completely *****ed and renovated on the inside. The elevator feels like an earthquake.

Good service attitude

In addition to the good breakfast and service in the location, the hardware facilities and hygiene are really poor. It is not recommended to stay here.

The place is perfect to be in the entire center and with breakfast included even more so, there is no noise and the only thing is that there is no hot water, I think it is good for the price but everything is really perfect.

excellent service. The staff that work there are very friendly and helpful. the food is very good, the menu is varied and healthy. The hotel is very well located, which allows you to visit and get to know different places nearby, including the beach.

Quem procura uma experiência econômica, como foi meu caso, na época... viagem de última hora com valores elevados, atende bem. O hotel é simples, atendimento bacana, estrutura antiga e relativamente próximo a cidade murada, que é onde efetivamente ''tudo acontece''. Ainda que estivesse procurando uma experiência econômica, digo que me frustei com o café da manhã, pois como a comida é um pouco diferente do que estamos habituados, há algumas coisas que gostamos mais ou menos... e todas as coisas (exceto bebidas) eram porcionadas. Não que eu não pudesse pedir para acrescentar mais no meu prato aquilo que eu preferia, mas dá um certo desconforto... Mas salvo isso, acho que foi uma linha econômica super ok. Eu diria que é superior a um hostel, mas não chega no padrão de Ibis, mas atende! Não é um lugar sujo, tem café da manhã, localidade ok.

We begonnen onze reis met 3 dgn carthagena.2 nachten hotel stil geboekt! Na 1 nacht zijn we weggegaan. Erg vies was onze kamer en weinig water uit de douchekraan.. wasbak hing er los bij, bloed op de lakens. Airco was niet te reguleren. Blies keihard op 17 gr.kamer was vies!!
