Я отдыхал с семьей в отеле импрессив премиум пунта кана с 6 февраля по 15 февраля хороший сервис Было очень классно и круто океан чистый пляж чистый отель комнаты каждый день убирают еда вкусная 3 бара где наливают разные виды алкоголя Мне все понравилось здесь советую каждому побывать и отдохнуть с семьей Хотел отметить CHOKOLATE очень хороший аниматор к каждому человеку свой подход всегда веселый интересный и задорный

Las Instalaciones son viejas, un mal llamado buffet ya que es muy limitado y ofrece siempre lo mismo, la gente poco amable, se espera una habitación con cama no con un colchón sobre cojines y adicionalmente te entregan habitaciones con un baño y ducha que no tiene puerta .

Muy buena opción en Bocagrande, el hotel es muy central, a una cuadra de la playa, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, centros comerciales, en el hotel hay servicio de restaurante, en el lobby había un asesor que me ofreció muy buenos tours.

We recently stayed at the hotel Cartagena premium and for the price we got what we paid for. The rooms are adequate with the beds being comfortable. Nice to have a hot shower too. The staff are wonderful and work hard. This hotel could be top notch if some upgrades to paint the walls. It’s a nice location to the beach and Bocagrande area. We did the caribe rumba boat tour and playa Blanca trips which were good. We also did the hop on hop off bus which is a good tour too. Really enjoyed Cartagena

I don’t even know where to start. I usually not one to complain or write reviews however I need to say something before someone else makes a reservation. We were only staying for three days but our experience was terrible. Cockroaches in the room, AC not working, food pretty bad and the eating area has no AC and looks extremely filthy. Some workers are nice some are not. We did the city tour under the impression we weren’t leaving the vehicle because it was advertised as a driving tour well that was a lie me and my family couldn’t do part of the tour because it was not child friendly and also not accommodation for folks who have disabilities. My advice don’t come here yes is cheap but I’m sure if you do some research you can find a decent hotel for a decent price instead of this place. This is my honest opinion stay somewhere else away from this place. I am only giving it one star because the only positive thing is that the location is great and very close to the beach.

Mi experiencia fue muy grata , el personal agradable y amable , la piscina en el último piso le da un toque especial y una vista espectacular, la habitación muy limpia , se podría mejorar varias cosas como el A/A pero en líneas generales bien. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme.
