I booked a room with a balcony and they gave me a room with windows. NO BALCONY! And the bathroom was very small! I didn't pay all that money for a room with windows. I need some money back.

The room is very small but the location is very convenient. The breakfast is provided by a nearby cafe and only open after 8am.

Hotel de muy regular calificación
Hotel de una sola vez pero no para volver definitivamente, las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, los baños diminutos, cortinas de los mismos con hongos, huéspedes de otras habitaciones ruidosos todo el tiempo y en las noches el ruido de la calle es terrible, mucha dificultad para poder descansar y dormir. Positivo el personal que es amable y atento tanto en recepción como la señora del aseo y el poder hacer uso del hotel en Bocagrande.
