Lobby is extremely hot, air conditioning for staff but not the guest in the lobby.
Check in process extremely slow, boss watching receptionist getting overwhelmed while eating snacks.
My checkin took 1 hour wait. To find our I had a room with view on the reception although I have booked a slightly better one.
The ceiling was so low in the bathroom my head could touch the roof.
They had no other room for me. Only a room which had the door by the reception and windows street level next to main door.
Fridge very noisy in the room. Bedsheet felt weird, something was off.

Excellent structure with some small adjustments it could be an extra star. A mirror in the room and having power reducers for foreign customers who have another type of socket... excellent service from the very helpful staff. A special applause to the manager who was very patient and helpful with me... I recommend it

Fui como parte de un tour (era un autobús completo) y no nos gustó para nada. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y es un horror con el calor de Cartagena. Las habitaciones olían a humedad. Además nos dijeron que estábamos en una zona de la ciudad que 1) no es turística y 2) es muy peligrosa de noche. Los responsables de llevarnos fueron los organizadores pero no hay que exponer al turista con tal de ganar unos cuantos pesos con un hotel barato. Le doy dos estrellas.

Me hospede en ese sitio por la media maratón del mar, desde el primer día el recepcionista impidió que dos amigos que se hospedaran en otro lado ingresaran a la habitación, aduciendo que debían cancelar 50 lol pesos por cabeza así fuera por 10 minutos. El extractor de olores del baño se daño y cuando ingrese al baño la estructura casi me cae en la cabeza. Por 5 minutos de late check out me iban a cobrar 30 mil pesos y para rematar me cobraron 100 mil pesos por lavar las sábanas y el colchón por un accidente. No lo recomiendo

Mi novia y yo llegamos el 16 de Feb aproximandatement a media noche, el personal nos atendio de manera mu amable (La reservacion estaba a nombre de mi novia Milena G) Fue super bonito toda la estadia, habia un chico en especial que siempre nos dio buenas recomendaciones de los lugares a donde ir, tours, etc. Siempre hacen limpieza, es muy completo todo el apartamento, incluye diferentes cosas. Esta muy cerca de la mayoria de lugares turisticos (Torre del reloj (15 min caminando) , Getsemani (7 min caminando) , Puerto de la Bodeguita (15 min caminando) , Castillo de San Felipe (6 min caminando) Me gusto la atencion, la confianza y la amabilidad del personal.

Siento que me dieron una habitación diferente a la de la publicación, no tenía vista a ninguna parte, el baño esta en mal estado, durante el check in no entregaron toallas, sabana mantas ni jabón, es un habitación incómoda poco agradable, la limpieza muy mala, el baño social (cerca a la piscina) es terrible. En general no lo recomiendo.
