Muy mala experiencia . Encontramos cucarachas dos días seguidos en la habitación (!). El hotel no quiso reaccionar . Demasiado caro para un hotel vetusto y en muy malas condiciones . No nos avisaron que no hay agua caliente en ningún hotel de la isla y que dependemos del calor para que el agua de la ducha salga tibia . Si el aire acondicionado está puesto , el agua de la ducha está helada.

¿Hsy referencias en un mundo de subjetividades? Si bien te advierten que hay DJ...¿cuándo la música está demasiado alta? Cuando tenés que esforzarte para escuchar o hablarle a la reposera al lado tuyo, sin duda. Cuando sientes la vibración de la música en la tumbera, sin duda. ATENCIÓN CON LO QUE CONTRATAS: compré el paquete premium y me encontré teniendo que negociar con un marginal bartender. Todo muy bizarro, muy matinal. Venezuela en los 90. NO LO VALE.

Not recommended for relaxation. It's all about partying and excessively loud music. Poor food and drink. Be careful with what you purchase and what they give you on the island. I paid for premium all included (alcohol and non alcoholic beverages) and I ended up having to bargain with the bar tender. Facilities, old and rundown. Venezuela in the '90. All very poor quality and marginal social etiquette. Not recommended for people with experience in all inclusives and Caribbean islands. Dominican Republic and Haiti much better.

Très bon séjour dans ce bel hôtel, cadre agréable et reposant qui nous a permis de vraiment déconnecter. Le personnel est très accueillant (notamment Fabio et Isabela) et à l’écoute ! Je recommande ☺️ Le seul petit point qui pourrait être améliorer c’est le temps de service pour le repas, nous avons attendu très longtemps alors que nous avions commandé à l’avance, mais c’était délicieux donc cela compense !
