Having visited Baru Island, there is no comparison with this corner of Tierra Bomba, which is really expensive for what it is! The quality of the sand is similar to that used for construction, the beach beds and towels are aging, an armada of adopted dogs who accompanied us everywhere, even when swimming, very limited offer in general - I do not recommend!

Stay away from this business, they use dirty practices. I booked this hotel for a family vacation 7 months ago, a week before my departure I got a confirmation email that my stay was canceled. I called the hotel and ******* and it appears that the hotel canceled the booking by themselves. There was nothing wrong with my payment or information and they canceled my booking with no notice or reason, just because they can. Make sure you take this into consideration when thinking about booking a stay with them, that there is no assurance you’ll actually get what you paid for.

Nos quedamos con mi novio en el Hotel Fenix y fue mas de lo que esperábamos, la habitación era un chalet privado super lindo, muy romántico y acogedor el ambiente, teníamos salida directa a la playa y un recibidor con muebles afuera del chalet, las instalaciones nos encantaron, todo es muy lindo, el restaurante es deliciososososo y la atención tambien es rápida, la playa es privada y no tiene basura, esta muy bien cuidada, solo paso 1 vendedor con manillas que estaba autorizado por la isla, en conclusión, volveríamos, no tuvimos queja alguna.

el lugar es muy bonito, tranquilo. tienen una clase de yoga muy relajante, la comida es muy rica y la forma en la que te dan la bienvenida te hace sentir muy especial, aparte te entregan una coronita al llegar que va perfecta para el clima.

Estuve de Jueves a lunes con mi hija y mi esposo. La playa es linda, pero el servicio fue pésimo. Tienen una página y un WhatsApp que no funcionan. Más de dos horas esperando por la comida, los platos de comida no los alzaban de las viñas, algunos del personal con cero atención al cliente y productos vencidos en la nevera. Quedé muy decepcionada del servicio además porque el hotel no es nada económico.
