The hotel service was impeccable. Martin, the hotel manager, gave us several restaurant and tour recommendations, and was always willing to help. The hotel staff were always very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and just as we requested. The hotel has a hot tub, which we reserved every day, and the staff brought towels and provided speakers. The location was very good, outside the walled city, but only 8 minutes away, in a neighborhood where the prices are better than inside the walls.

Cozy and cute. It looks like something out of a book by Gabriel García Márquez, a little piece of magical realism. A nice, big house... from that time. For those who like cultural tourism, history and feeling like they are in the heart of Cartagena. It is not luxurious but it has what it takes.

Strategically located between The Walled City and the gastronomic and bar area of ​​the Getsemaní neighborhood, the docks where the tours depart, which are destinations where we went almost daily. In front you have a food park where you can watch the sunset in the bay, it is close to everything, behind there is a promenade (Le Clerc) where you can stock up on water and food, a pharmacy and a shopping gallery where there is everything. The human quality: Colombia is the most welcoming country in the world and that is because of people like Candelaria, who is the most beautiful thing about this hotel, we did not lack anything and is only attentive to everything we need. (Cande we are going to miss you) loaded breakfast to start the day. spacious rooms, within a neighborhood where everything is small and rustic. The decoration takes you to one of those Colombian novels we watched as children. Without hesitation I would return!

The best decision was to stay at this hotel! They exceeded my expectations, the attention of all their staff was exceptional. Martin Cuello Everlides Tatiana Beatriz Jaimir Gabriel Jorge are the best people I could meet in Colombia. Excellent location of the hotel, quality cleanliness and top-notch customer service.

Disastrous experience. We were given a room on the ground floor that smelled of mold and damp. I also didn't have any privacy, since we could perfectly hear the service staff chatting just on the other side of the door. The ladies who serve as waitresses and cooks are quite unpleasant and rude. The hotel, extremely noisy at night, since it is attached to one of the most fashionable nightclubs in Cartagena that makes its music resonate in the hotel until well into the early morning, in addition to the screams and noises of the clients of the nightclub in front of the hotel. The last night, we woke up full of bites, even in areas that were covered by the sheets,...so we were left wondering if the bites were from bedbugs...

Very good experience. The room was very clean and in very good condition. The hotel in general is in very good condition. It has a jacuzzi and another terrace, both with very good views. The staff was very friendly, we had two needs and they all helped us . I forgot a bag at the previous hotel and they helped me find where it was through their computer, as well as on the last day when the plane left at 9:00 p.m. they provided us with the service shower so we could shower after the beach like this how they stored our suitcases. The location is very good, next to Getsemani, the most beautiful part of the city and 5 minutes from the center. To give you some but, in general, in all the hotels we have been to it is breakfast. They give you 3 mini pieces of fruit, some of which you can see that were cut dry 3 days ago and a little bread with the tortillas that are typical of them, but come on, the issue of breakfast is generalized in all hotels.

Small hotel in great location. Good and clean room. The negative point was that there was no window in the room and the closet did not have drawers to better accommodate the clothes. On the roof there is a terrace and a very pleasant jacuzzi. Breakfast is served on a table for 6 people and the portions are pre-defined. The staff are very attentive.

Beautiful colonial hotel, spacious, comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated, air conditioning always on. Very clean. The attention of Larry (night concierge) and the maids was excellent, super friendly, attentive to any need. Rich, varied and abundant breakfast. The location is very good, close to all the main attractions and the view from the terrace towards Bocagrande is spectacular, but the problem is that the hotel is surrounded by nightclubs, therefore the place is too noisy (if you are looking for tranquility) MARTIN, the concierge who greeted us upon our arrival was not very decisive regarding a question we made, nor did he explain to us how to use the jacuzzi on the terrace, he did not tell us that we had to make an appointment and one day he did. We saw it unoccupied and we went, after a while 2 very unpleasant guests arrived and complained that we were there, and Martin came to tell us that he had explained to us what the usage policy was (WHEN IN REALITY HE NEVER DID IT) AND OF COURSE WE HAD TO LEAVE. Of course, with MARTIN we did not have good treatment since our arrival and even something derogatory regarding our nationality. We were very dissatisfied with your attention. Because of this situation and because of how noisy the area is due to all the clubs around, I would not stay again.

I didn't know Cartagena, but discovering that magical city in that Hotel was beautiful, it has all the charm of a period mansion combined with all the comforts and even more of our time, the ideal location, incredible views, impeccable staff, excellent experience …!!!
