The hotel service was impeccable. Martin, the hotel manager, gave us several restaurant and tour recommendations, and was always willing to help. The hotel staff were always very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and just as we requested. The hotel has a hot tub, which we reserved every day, and the staff brought towels and provided speakers. The location was very good, outside the walled city, but only 8 minutes away, in a neighborhood where the prices are better than inside the walls.

Strategically located between The Walled City and the gastronomic and bar area of ​​the Getsemaní neighborhood, the docks where the tours depart, which are destinations where we went almost daily. In front you have a food park where you can watch the sunset in the bay, it is close to everything, behind there is a promenade (Le Clerc) where you can stock up on water and food, a pharmacy and a shopping gallery where there is everything. The human quality: Colombia is the most welcoming country in the world and that is because of people like Candelaria, who is the most beautiful thing about this hotel, we did not lack anything and is only attentive to everything we need.
