The hotel service was impeccable. Martin, the hotel manager, gave us several restaurant and tour recommendations, and was always willing to help. The hotel staff were always very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and just as we requested. The hotel has a hot tub, which we reserved every day, and the staff brought towels and provided speakers. The location was very good, outside the walled city, but only 8 minutes away, in a neighborhood where the prices are better than inside the walls.

Excelente atención, ubicado estratégicamente muy cerca al centro de convenciones, hay restaurantes cercanos, la ciudad amurallada está a 600 metros, la zona es segura, muy fácil de encontrar movilidad, el personal es muy atento y preocupado y brindan excelente servicio

Visité el hotel con mi familia para pasar Año Nuevo y, sinceramente, a ninguno de nosotros nos gustó. Teníamos tres habitaciones y ninguna estaba limpia. El hotel se ve descuidado y viejo. Al subir las escaleras, hay un piso que da mala impresión: no hay habitaciones visibles, solo una puerta antigua con un candado, lo cual genera una sensación incómoda. Esta a un lado de un bar, que hace demasiado ruido y no deja dormir.

Super schönes kleines Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker :) super Lage! Fünf Minuten braucht man zu Fuß in das Centro historico und rund um das Hotel findet man leckere Restaurants und Bars. Vom Whirlpool auf dem Dach hat man einen klasse Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
