El edificio como tal precioso, la atencion muy buena y la habitacion superrrrrrrr excelente, que vista, que comodidad, lo recomiendo muchisimo ademas de que volvere muchas veces si el Altisimo lo permite.

Pesimo, es una estafa, reserva realizada con Booking,con una semana de anticipación a mi llegada con una reserva confirmada y con una petición aceptada desde un inicio para check-in y check-out , me dicen: que pena con ud no se puede! Después de tener el respaldo de que si podia llegar a la hora señalada con mi familia.

La señora Vanesa con quién hicimos la reserva desde hace un mes una grosera llegamos y no tenía disponible el apartamento que habíamos separado pagando en forma anticipada el 50 por ciento, nos dejó tiradas y salió y se fue que a conseguir lo que faltaba para asignarnos otro. Se fue nunca volvió ni contesto las llamadas. Una vergüenza social está señora.

Nos quedamos en el 1703, estaba súper sucio y descuidado, la estufa estaba dañada y tenía un escape de gas, cuando prendías el calentador el olor a gas te mareaba, todo súper decaído, habían pulgas, las toallas eran asquerosas, no tenían trapeador ni cómo limpiar en un lugar en el que llegas mojado y con arena, además el personal del edificio es cero amable! Nunca pudimos usar la piscina pues es por turno y estaba llena, cuando fui a darle las recomendaciones a la persona que nos alquiló me ignoró completamente parece que ya se las habían dando muchas veces, quise hacer este review por si llega a pasar algo con el gas que quede escrito que los arrendatarios tenían conocimiento de los problemas y nos les importó!

Les doy mi opinión 😪la verdad no sé lo recomiendo a nadie! Muy mal servicio, los aptos viejos, la atención de todo el personal muy malo, mal trato del personal, tuvimos una fuga de gas todo el tiempo, no habi wifi, reservamos y pagamos el apto con anticipación y no hicieron bien la reserva 😪😪y la familia tuvo que buscar un apto en otro edificio 😪el apto que alquilamos fue el 3503 😪el lavaplatos y el lavamanos de uno de los baños sm estaba tapado y nunca les importo solucionarlo 😪! Además de caro mal servicio 😪 Pagamos con anterioridad y no pudimos dejar el apto! La comisionista se llama iluminada 😪
