Nice accommodation.
Excellent service and super friendly staff.
Dairo Martinez, Gloria and their colleagues were great.
The range of activities was adequate. Some investment could be made in the SUP to increase the fun factor.
The cocktails were good but a bit expensive.
The private tours were well organized by the guides and personal wishes were taken into account.

Fui a un pasa día. Me ofrecieron la actividad al Oceanario que según el que vende los tickets duraba poco más de una hora, pero en realidad tomó más de 2 horas regresar al hotel. Se suponía que la hora de regreso a Cartagena era a las 3pm pero nos estaban sacando del mar a las 2:20 para irnos habiendo buen tiempo. Exijan el cumplimiento de los horarios contratados, sino el día se les hará corto. Por otra parte, las instalaciones y el lugar es aceptable, el mesero fue muy amable, la comida estaba bien también.

We stayed in the hotel del encanto in Isla Baru for 8 days, it was a peaceful and relaxing experience, the service is excellent, the personnel took good care of us. It is a full board hotel, there is not a lot of variety but the food is good. The rooms are very clean, they really care about the environment too. Next time, I would not stay 8 days as there is not much to do in the region but definitely worth it for 4 days of pure relaxation
