Downtown of Cartagena, very convenient for shopping and restaurants and bars 😍
Very friendly staff at front desk who helped to modify my booking. And their concierge is very helpful and nice👍🏼
If a mini bar can be added into the room then would be perfect.

It's such a great, wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spotless free. I love the marble floors and the marble walls decor and right?They have huge mirrors which is a big plus the rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The hotel is located right in the heart of the historical center.Which is the main attraction of the city?Everything is super close, walkable, distance to restaurants to historical buildings and clubs and stores. The hotel is very close.Also to the port where you can take different tours with a boats. The jaquiz in the pool area was a nice experience and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.Located under rooftop of the building with a view.

Adorei minha estadia no Hotel Voilá! Localização perfeita no centro histórico de Cartagena, quartos confortáveis, limpos e bem cuidados. O Trendi Rooftop tem uma vista linda, ótimos drinks e uma piscina excelente para relaxar. Destaque especial para a simpatia dos funcionários, sempre atenciosos. Recomendo muito! ❤️

The hotel staff were top notch. The hotel was clean and close to all the major attractions within the walled city. I highly recommend this hotel even though the rooms are small. Aroldo was fantastic and gave us great recommendations to local restaurants.

Excelente servicio, agradable personal, rico desayuno , cerca de todo para los que deseen estar en la ciudad amurallada, el personal encantador!!!!, 100% recomendable, solo tener presente que está en el medio de todo la vida nocturna de Cartagena por lo que en las noches puedes escuchar la bulla , pero te permite llegar rápidamente a todos los lugares más visitados y entretenidos

Wonderful stay. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. The room great. Nice comfortable bed, kickass air conditioning and loved the big open shower with plenty of hot water. The location can't be beat, literally steps away from the clock tower. The breakfast was solid, fresh juice, cheeses and bread, fresh fruit and eggs to order. I have nothing negative to say.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The area where it is located is perfect. You can walk to any place within the walled city. We had dinner at the hotel one night and the menu was delicious.
