Lugar incrível, belíssimo, aconchegante, limpo... Atendimento MARAVILHOSO! Comida muito saborosa e muito bem temperada. A vista da praça da proclamação é linda no por do sol... Isabela e Jey são incríveis super atenciosos! Eu recomendo demais ✨️

La línea entre el pasado y el presente, este hotel es pura magia, la piscina del techo siempre estaba tibia, las habitaciones son muy limpias y espaciosas, los baños son modernos, está muy bien ubicado, puedes ver lugares de interés caminando. Tienes restaurantes y tiendas cerca. El desayuno con frutas estaba delicioso, personal amable. Lo recomiendo

Todo super lindo desde los murales antiguos que cuentas historias, hasta las delicias de su gastronomía y coctelería al igual que todo su equipo de trabajo todos son muy amables y ni se diga del Sunset tan hermoso que se observa desde ese lugar🌅

The positive aspects of the hotel: 1) Large and well-located apartments for large groups in the old city, with several very pleasant areas (terrace, living room, dining room), 2) The people are very helpful and friendly, 3) The house is a historical gem, the entrance floor is a beauty, it really feels like going back in time! The same as the main living room and in every corner there are historical details of this 400-year-old house! The negative aspects: 1) In general the level of maintenance is low, for example the parasols by the pool without awnings, the same pool in poor condition as well as the jacuzzi in the apartment, the oven did not work nor the clothes dryer, 2) The equipment in the apartments was incomplete, I had to ask for everything (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.) 3) the information is little and very vague, it does not help in planning the trip. 4) The rooms are accessed by stairs, it is not suitable for older adults (we were informed of this) which forced us to look for an emergency room in another hotel on the same day of arrival for the grandparents, who will not be able to climb the stairs 5) There is always a lot of noise from the street, and the corner is one of the busiest for vendors and tourists 6) There is an infestation of small murgiels (they do not enter the apartment but you can see them flying) 7) There are several important security risks, the pool has a super powerful suction that can seriously hurt a child, and the jacuzzi in our apartment on the 5th floor has one side completely without security guards. 8) When leaving, some items of clothing were left behind, they are not giving an account of them... In general the stay was smooth and good, but it is noticeable that this hotel has seen better times. It caught our attention that there does not seem to be a management present and taking charge, the employees are very loving but do not have the necessary decision-making capacity,
