I loved it. The hotel is modern but very clean, with very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety. The beds are super comfortable with very good pillows and top-notch linens. It's in a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants, although it's not in Cartagena's historic center.

Quando cheguei eu tinha feito uma reserva para o OZ Luxury Hotel e quando cheguei eles me transferiram de hotel (próximo) informando que estavam oferecendo uma acomodação mais moderna e maior. Confesso que no início senti que estava sendo prejudicado para depois que percebi que me colocaram nas novas unidades que estão perfeitas. Além disto a localização do hotel é o atendimento da equipe é sensacional.

Primero resaltar la amabilidad de todo el personal, desde que llegamos nos atendieron muy bien, nos ayudaron con las maletas, nos dieron un cóctel de bienvenida (sin licor) pero muy refrescante. Las habitaciones muy limpias, el desayuno tipo bufet, pequeño pero todo muy rico, todos los días la habitación bien arreglada, nos ayudaron con toda la información que necesitábamos acerca de playas, lugares y transporte. Pedimos servicio a la habitación, una hamburguesa, un poco costosa, pero deliciosa. Queda en una zona muy cerca de la playa. Encuentras restaurantes, pizzerías, droguerías, hay un supermercado olímpica. En taxi al castillo de San Felipe, 15 minutos. Nuestro vuelo de regreso era muy temprano y nos dieron para llevar una cajita con jugo hit, una manzana y 1 sándwich ( no estaba muy bueno) pero se le suma la buena intención. No tengo queja alguna, sólo agradecimiento por su buena atención en especial la del señor Rubén, que nos ayudó mucho. Lo único es q el hotel no tiene piscina, ojalá la hagan.
