Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful stunning interiors, the most comfortable bed. Loved the roof top pool with bar. The location is perfect right in the heart of the walled city. Breakfast was nice, the only downside was that it was outside so it’s SUPER hot. Cartagena heat and humidity is crazy so it would be better if there was some type of air conditioning in the breakfast area.

El 1 de octubre cené para una conmemoración familiar en Doña Lola, Comida del Caribe, el restaurante de Casa Lola Deluxe Gallery. Fue una experiencia gratificante en todo sentido. El restaurante tiene una decoración muy llamativa. El menú caribeño es maravilloso, cada plato fue un deleite absoluto, con una ejecución de primera calidad. Recomiendo el ceviche de camarón, róbalo y maracuyá y las croquetas de plátano y chicharrón. El servicio cortés y amable de Jaider y Juan hizo que la velada fuera especial de principio a fin.

This hotel was a total surprise that surpassed all expectations. Lovely old colonial building in the Getsamani neighborhood right next to the walled city; a busy street and a haven inside. Gorgeously decorated, lovely rooftop dipping pool. Eating in the bar was as nice as the restaurant. Very attentive staff: Yaudi at the front desk was wonderful in helping us. Found it in a book and didn't know for sure if it was going to be good. Was great !

The hotels location is centralized right in Getsemaní, literally walked outside to the bustle of the region and within 3-4 blocks of what became our favorite bars, restaurants and barrios for photos. Hotel itself has so much charm and character and our only wish was we got to eat at Nona Lola but had other things on our itinerary and always going places. Room was comfy, even when air wasn’t keeping up with heat they quickly moved us and always checked in on us. The topper though, is the hosts especially Daiker who is warm and personable and took care of us always even when we thought we left behind items making numerous attempts to locate. He’s one of favorites we met the entire trip. We never did the pool but does have a small rooftop pool and lounge area with a nice city view.

Una decoración bien llena por donde mires con miles de detalles por todos lados, muy buen gusto, me encantó estar ahí, me faltó tiempo para la terraza que es preciosa, la comida del restaurante es excelente y además ese día hubo violines en el comedor lo cual fue la cereza del pastel! The hype is real. This place was amazing. So uniquely decorated. Everywhere you look you can tell it's a custom designed. The staff was also amazing. Very attentive, we were greeted every time we saw a staff member. The roof top pools and cabanas were super clean. It felt like we were the first to use the pillows, the towels, everything was really taken care of. We took Libardo's recommendations on a restaurant and on which private island to visit. Highly recommend listening to his suggestions since there are so many options. The room was super cool. Very different than any place I've ever stayed. It's definitely not a cookie cutter type place, each room is different. The only thing I can think of is that this place is definitely not made for people with wheelchairs. The floors have running fountains, and narrow wood planks to get across. It's absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to go back.

I wanted to visit this city and stay in this hotel for a few years. The hotel is gorgeous, they pay attention to every detail. The decor is stunning and the service is excellent. All staff members were amazing but Libardo Diago made a huge difference in our experience. He recommended places to go, he took care of a dinner reservation, he took care of special requests professionally and with a huge smile. He is attentive and respectful. We really appreciate his customer service. Nestor prepared bfast to go two days in a row for us to catch excursions. I took pictures and post on social media because this place is unique.

Un hotel absolutamente encantador en un barrio pintoresco, colorido, muy divertido y seguro. El hotel está decorado con cada detalle con gusto exquisito, todo el personal fue muy amable y nos facilitó todo lo que necesitamos. Recomiento tambien el restaurante Casa Lola que sin duda merece la pena conocer también, tanto si estás alojado en el hotel como si eres visitante sin más de la ciudad.
