La chambre que l'on m'a donnée au 1 er étage est luxueuse et bien plus calme que ma première chambre au RDC il y a 3 jours. On n'entend pas le bruit du petit déjeuner comme auparavant.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et il y a du café disponible 24/24.
Il y a un grand patio agréable où l'on peut se nettoyer les pieds après la plage .
Le WiFi est de bonne qualité. Le personnel est sympathique. Un très bon hôtel à bocagrande pour un très bon prix. Je reviendrai

Pésima experiencia, más que hotel es una pocilga, estafada por viajes falabella y despegar, baratas en los pasillos, chinches de cama en las camas , que nos picaron, plaga que solo se extermina quemando los colchones, aire acondicionado malo , sin toallas decentes , desayuno inexistente, sucio a más no poder , habitaciones no condicen con las fotos que tienen en la página ! Pésima experiencia, viajes falabella un fiasco ! Ahora aún no nos dan respuesta al reclamo interpuesto , ni el vendedor de viajes falabella viña ( Ignacio Zúñiga) ni menos la supervisora. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel por nuestros medios por que no nos dieron solución alguna . Una vergüenza! Una verdadera estafa/

They should improve the basic amenities as they dont provide shampoo, nor do they have towels for the beach especially considering there is no pool. Additionally, there was no hair dryer, and they should also have a mini fridge to allow guests to keep drinks cold. A good thing to mention is that the hotel is very centrally located near shops and close the beach.

A única coisa boa do hotel é a localização pois ele fica na Av. San Martin, avenida principal de comércios e bares. Porém vou elencar os pontos negativos: 1- limpeza péssima, tanto dos quartos, banheiros, áreas comuns. Chegamos à noite para fazer o check in (ou seja, não pedimos para entrar antecipado) e o banheiro estava sujo. Lençóis cheios de pelos, travesseiro cheirando a suor e chão com areia. 2- cozinha e café da manhã. O café da manhã nem deveria ser ofertado. Eles servem café coado, pão é só. Mas o pior foi que ao sentarmos para tomar café, uma pomba entrou na cozinha e a cozinheira a pegou na mão, colocou pra fora e continuou cozinhando sem higienizar as mãos. A cozinha não tem telas e fica sempre cheia de pombos. 3- chuveiros não possuem água quente 4- ar não gela 5- a área da frente do hotel que nas fotos parecem uma área aberta para comer não existe. Foi alugada para dois estabelecimentos e não fazem mais parte das instalações. Um ponto bom é a Ruby que trabalha na agência de viagens que fica dentro do hotel. Sincera sobre os passeios e com valor justo. (Não comprem passeios no Brasil pq sai mais caro).
