Excelente ubicación y muy buen servicio, pero el hotel no tiene agua caliente y la habitación que nos dieron tenía la desventaja de estar en primer piso, a la par de donde se tomaba el desayuno, entonces se escuchaban las conversaciones desde temprano. Recomendaría pedir las habitaciones de los pisos de arriba. La ubicación es maravillosa, cerca de todo.

Nos hospedamos no Hotel Boutique Casa Claver e vivenciamos uma estadia acolhedora, charmosa e memorável. Instalado em um casarão colonial lindamente restaurado, o hotel alia o charme histórico ao conforto contemporâneo. Os ambientes são muito bem decorados, com mobiliário de bom gosto e atenção especial à roupa de cama e banho, que eram de excelente qualidade. O atendimento foi um dos pontos altos: acolhedor, atencioso e sempre disposto a personalizar a experiência. Um exemplo foi o café da manhã servido na própria acomodação, com opções escolhidas individualmente e preparadas com capricho. Outro destaque é o rooftop com vista encantadora para a baía de Cartagena, entre as torres da Igreja de San Pedro Claver. A área conta com piscina, espreguiçadeiras e um belo jardim, ideal para relaxar após explorar a cidade amuralhada. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes e lojas do centro histórico. Uma escolha certeira para quem busca conforto, beleza, localização e um toque de exclusividade em Cartagena.

Fabulous hotel at awesome location in Cartagena. Looks inconspicuous from the outside as is most of the lovely places in Cartagena. Once you are inside you can appreciate almost every part of it- be it the luxurious loft apartments, the roof top pools, the sit up area. Located right in the middle of the walled city everything is within walking distance including the world famous cathedrals, plazas,restaurants, malls, cafes or shopping locations. Service is top notch and they serve breakfast right to your dining table in the loft if you are booked in one of those. We got an upgrade for the rooms and we enjoyed every bit of it.

Great boutique hotel inside the walled city. Near many restaurants and shops. Walking distance to many places. I’d definitely recommend staying here. My kids enjoyed the pools. James, at the front desk, was great. He gave me many tips and recommendations during my stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious for my family of 4.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely stay in Casa Claver. Benjamin and the other guy at the reception were super helpful and help find us a doctor for our son who was sick. The room was very big and the rooftop pool was really pleasant, with a wonderful view on San Claver’s domes.

Incrível!
Incrível, ambiente acolhedor, decoração estilosa e de muito bom gosto, gentis, simpáticos!
Quarto super espaçoso e confortável, não houve absolutamente nada que diminuísse a qualidade da experiência. A viagem foi de aniversário e fizeram uma pequena surpresa, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais especial.
