La atencion , el personal excelente, el hotel mejoraron mucho, encontre gimnasio era necesario, la alimentacion mejoro, con excepcion del dia domingo parecia que hubiesen cambiado el chef, los alimentos perdieron muchisima calidad este dia, es bueno no dañar lo bueno el ultimo dia. Las habitaciones las estan remodelando y estan bien.

Trate de realizar el uso anticipado del hotel ya que llegamos en compañía de mi pareja el día 6 de septiembre sobre la 1.30 pm, y al momento de pagar en caja el uso anticipado me informan que ya cerraron la caja, fui atendido por el señor luis Gómez, situación que me parece indignante ya que cerrar caja no es a una excusa para que no seamos atendidos. No recomendaría este hotel ni volveré.
