All rooms overlook a central courtyard, which is nice but not practical as people are always passing by so you can’t leave the window open as you get no privacy. The curtain is not a curtain but a rolling blind, so either shut or open. My room happens to be on the ground floor, where the restaurant is. It may be better on the other floors. So just artificial light.
There is also no desk in the room. Otherwise the room is decent and clean.
The breakfast is simple but good with coffees, juice some fruit and an omelette.
The place is secure and the reception have to open for you to go in and out. Location wise it’s pretty good as well as it’s within the wall but not where wll tourists hang out. Pretty safe
Check in strictly at 3pm even if the room is available 😅

Muy buen hotel, está muy bien ubicado en Getsemaní, la atención muy buena, desde los muchachos de recepción, hasta las chicas del desayuno, siempre atentas. El desayuno variado y muy rico. Habitación bien amplia, y siempre limpia. La piscina la usamos muy poco, pero estaba bien calentita y agradable. Sin duda si vuelvo a Cartagena elijo nuevamente este ya hotel

Amei a estadia nesse hotel. Simples, muito limpo e perto de tudo, no coração de Getsemani e pertinho da Cidade Amuralhada, fica 8 minutos de caminhada da torre do relógio, andamos muito a pé, inclusive a noite e em nenhum momento me senti insegura. Camas muito confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho de boa hotelaria, ar condicionado e chuveiros excelentes, quartos amplos ( não tem armários, mas não nos fez falta). Café da manhã maravilhoso, sempre com um diferencial, funcionarios muito educados e prestativos, em especial uma senhora que atende no café da manhã, não sei o nome mas ela é uma querida, um amor. Super recomendo.

Nos robaron los pasaportes en la habitación. No tuvimos ninguna respuesta o ayuda por parte del hotel. Tengan mucho cuidado con la seguridad de sus cosas y documentos en este hotel, pues en el check in les hacen firmar una liberación de responsabilidades por pérdidas.... Qué casualidad, no?

Not impressed ! horrendous deep base music from next door hotel/bar midnight on first night. Some sort of dance practice in the next room for a couple of hours until 8pm. Safe not working. Waited 2 hrs for assistance, still not sorted (because someone went to another hotel to collect it and then it was raining ???) even though you have to sign a disclaimer for hotel responsibility. On day 2 informed that the Safe key is ‘lost’. Filthy fridge, tiny bathroom, limited storage, no room for long clothes, window blind needs to be down constantly for privacy, no hairdryer, mini bar but no cups, glasses or bottle opener. Bathroom window jammed open. Day 3 Booming music from bar opposite started at midday, as did the noise from the adjacent building site. No umbrellas by pool, loads of missing tiles in pool, no cushions on wooden chairs on roof. Clean linen and towels and basic but pleasant a la carte breakfast. Good location if you want the nightlife of Getsemani.

Cuidado viajeros! Fuimos con la familia, y se realizó el pago general online, aquí decía que incluía taxes. Pero nos hicieron pagar de nuevo en el hotel el 19% más sobre el valor, diciéndonos que está valor iba a ser devuelto en el aeropuerto. Nosotros creímos esa gran MENTIRA y por ende pagamos. Ya hicimos el reporte a los medios. En cuanto al hotel: siempre nos dieron Toallas llenas de pelos y las sábanas estaban manchadas, pagamos habitación con cama queen y era cama doble, el TV nunca sirvió y a parte la luz se dañó en varias ocasiones. Solo les digo que esta fue nuestra primer pésima experiencia con un hotel. La gente del front desk no le importa el cliente. Pésimo hotel!

Great location, nice common areas, room was in poor shape. You can walk to all the fun spots in Getsemani, just steps outside the door. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere at El Cablido, right around the corner. But our room was dodgy. We never had hot water in 3 nights, it was warm once. The sink was loose and slipped around on the counter. The faucet was loose and had low water pressure. The tissue holder was also loose and bent. The room was quiet for street noise, but you could here construction in the hotel starting around 8AM and other guests were noisy. I'd look for another hotel.

Es el peor hotel en que he estado en colombia. Nos pusieron en un 3 er piso son ascensor. Reservamos una júnior suite. Pequeña. Baño enano. Lo peor fue q ka habitación esra llena de bichos, me han picado y cuando lo dijecen recepción se burlaron de mi. La llave no funcionaba, Ellis lo sabían y una noche estuvimos media hora esoerando q nos abrieran ka habitación. En las zonas comunes no hay aire acondicionado. La piscina es un balera cutre
