¡Servicio fantástico! Localización óptima. El personal del hotel muy atento a cada detalle. ¡Me encantó mi experiencia! Ciertamente si vuelvo a Cartagena de Indias, me volvería a hospedar en el Hotel Oceanía Cartagena.

El hotel se ve un poco acabado. Es limpio y bien ubicado, pero se nota la falta de mantenimiento preventivo. En el pago de la reserva no incluyen los impuestos. El desayuno lo único de destacar. Podría ser un gran lugar.

La habitación no tenía blackout ni cortinas oscuras y por consiguiente la luz de la calle era muy incómoda. El ruido de la calle fue insoportable. La puerta de acceso al corredor sonó toda la noche cuando la abrían y cerraban. La verdad fue una muy mala experiencia.

Era otro hotel completamente diferente cuando estaba bajo la administración de la cadena ESTELAR. SIN parqueadero. SIN ascensor, suba 4 pisos cargado de equipaje, ningun funcionario ofrece apoyo. NO está ubicado en una buena zona. Desayuno..., que pobre, deja mucho que desear. Arena en el piso de la habitación. No tiene vidrios antisonoros, se escucha la bulla de la calle. Cortinas viajas en mal estado. En fin..., que mala experiencia!!!
