The location is very good. The hotel looks old from the outside, but the interior of the room is newly renovated. The breakfast is average. Given the good location, the price/performance ratio is ok.

Posizione comoda e centralissima, questo hotel offre un servizio reception 24h e personale gentile e disponibile. Le stanze sono spaziose (con tv e condizionatore) e il bagno funzionale. Il set per l'igiene personale fornito è discreto. Asciugamani di buona fattura. La doccia è tiepida con un solo pomello. Colazione continentale variegata. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Colonial style hotel in a great location, close to the center and the port. The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately no one speaks English. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. The rooms are spacious, equipped with air conditioning and bathroom amenities. Drinking water available. Very good value for money.

I have stayed here a couple of times and also sent tourist groups. Both times I have been blown away by the excellent service, quality of rooms, comfortable beds. You won’t get hot water unless you are in a refurbished room but the water in Cartagena doesn’t go lower than warm 😂 Breakfast is varied and delicious, let them know in advance if you have allergies like Gluten free and they will do an arepa or adapt to suit, maybe too much fried for me but they are on the coast. The location is excellent as it’s on the border of Getsemani by the centenary park (monkey & sloth’s to be found inside!), just a 5 minute walk to the walled city - don’t recommend cutting through the comercial area after dark, go along park and through clock tower. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so wonderful, we’ll be back.

Localização excelente pois é próximo dos bairros mais procurados e dos pontos turísticos da cidade. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã bom e bem servido, quarto grande e bom banheiro. O pessoal da recepção que precisar de um melhor treinamento para lidar com os hospedes. Achei meio devagar.

Soggiorno molto accogliente. Hotel apparentemente un po' demodé, ma servizi e stanze ottimali. Colazione continentale, con frutta, dolce e salato ben cucinato. Stanze molto comode e spaziose, ben pulite, con aria condizionata e frigo. Acqua calda per la doccia, che in Colombia non è frequente! Personale molto disponibile e professionale. Ci ritornerò

Muy recomendado. Habíamos leído que no tenían agua caliente y llegamos dudando un poco sobre el hotel. A nuestra sorpresa afortunadamente ya tienen agua caliente en las duchas y las habitaciones son muy lindas, la ubicación es perfecta para moverse a pie y el desayuno es bastante variado y completo. El staff también es muy amable, definitivamente volvería!

La ubicación del hotel es buena, a 10 minutos del muelle y 5 minutos de la torre del reloj. Nuestra habitación tenía vista hacia otras habitaciones del mismo hotel y decidimos no abrir más la persiana. Otra cosa que notamos es que la seguridad es baja ya que entramos y accedemos al ascensor principal sin problemas y se depende de que en Recepción reconozcan tu cara. Es una opción económica, pero hay algunas amenidades que hacen falta: - Caja fuerte (solo en recepción tienen) - Mini refrigerador - Sillones individuales y una mesita - Plancha

Es un hotel pequeño y acogedor, si lo que buscas es estar cerca del castillo de San Felipe, la torre del reloj y la ciudad amurallada está bien hospedarse allí, todo está muy cerca a pie. Bocagrande está un poco más retirado, 10 minutos en taxi. La atención muy buena, el servicio de aseo excelente que estuvo a cargo de la señora Candelaria, muy amable. En general todo muy bien.
