Nice 4 star hotel, closer to 3 stars. Good location, poor breakfast options. Soundproofing is not the strong side. Two pools!

La estancia en el hotel ha sido buena, los empleados muy amables, destacar a los Señores Oscar y Claudio del restaurante ( súper gentiles y atentos), aunque el desayuno era básico cumplía. El motivo de mi queja es que tuve un inconveniente con la agencia de tours que está dentro del hotel, contratamos varios tours con ellos por “seguridad” porque al estar dentro del hotel te da confianza y cual fue la sorpresa?! Que nos estafaron pagamos por un tour que no se cumplió como era y al hacer el reclamo la respuesta fue que ellos no podían hacer nada.!!!!! Me dirijo a la recepción a poner en conocimiento lo acontecido, hablo con una persona que estaba de encargada en ese momento y me dice que va a comunicarse con el gerente de la agencia y hasta el sol de hoy, nunca me colaboraron, dejé un escrito al hotel que creo que no sirvió de nada porque nunca se interesaron en el tema. Esto empaña totalmente al hotel y deja ver la mala gestión para con los huéspedes. NO CONTRATEN NADA CON LA AGENCIA DISCOVERY SOL Y PLAYA CARTAGENA, ESTAFADORES E INFLAN LOS PRECIOS…

I didn't like,, we didn't have any room for our luggage down or lay out clothing.
The AC unit is not strong enough to fill the cold air in a room should have had a stand up fan in the corner.
