The rooms are very comfortable and big. Unfortunately ours had a very strong smell of humidity.
No info in the rooms about services or the hotel, nothing.
Breakfast was good, however too many fried things
Service ok in general, very slow check in process (seems to be in all the country though)

La atención fue excelente en lo que tiene que ver con recibimiento, en los servicios de restaurantes esparcimiento space, un ambiente completamente familiar ni que decir de las habitaciones, en cuanto a su servicio de limpieza. En lo que tiene que ver con el restaurante me encantó el desayuno, almuerzo y cena al igual que el servicio de bar y el esparcimiento en cuanto a los aeróbicos en donde tuve la oportunidad de ejercitar mi cuerpo como las actividades lúdicas con el disyet

A complete disappointment! They gave me a room on the far side of the hotel and what's worse, it wasn't the type of room I had booked with my travel agency. I complained at reception and they gave me the one I was looking for, everything was fine, and suddenly I opened the bathroom and oh surprise, it was flooding with a horrible pipe from the ceiling! And the worst of all is that no matter how many times I called reception, they didn't come to fix it and they couldn't change my room because that part of the hotel was full!! What should I do? Solution? Accept what the hotel gave me, return to the first room the first night, a disgrace!!
