I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the Rosario Islands! The natural surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, creating the perfect escape to relax and reconnect with nature. The highlight of my trip was the diving activity—it was an unforgettable experience exploring the vibrant underwater world. The food was also exceptional, with fresh, delicious flavors that captured the essence of the island. If you're looking for the best place to unwind and enjoy nature at its finest, this is the spot. El lugar perfecto para alejarse del bullicio de la ciudad, descansar en sus placenteras habitaciones, deleitarse con la excelente gastronomía colombiana de su restaurante, y divertirse con las atracciones de sus amplias y modernas piscinas y sus playas cristalinas de arenas blancas…lo mejor de todo, el servicio siempre amable y muy profesional de los habitantes y lugareños de la isla.

Food was varying, fresh and at good quality. Employees were accomodating and nice. But unfortunately rooms and infrastructure was not on the level we expected, related to description, pictures and price. Though we left to another resort after half of booked stay. Encanto Resort refused compensation of not stayed nights. Encanto Resort has a second business by bringing in day visitors from Cartagena, though it can get crowded with party atmosphere. By the way: We left to Sofitel Calablanca, which was excellent for relaxation at similar price!

El personal es muy, muy atento en todo momento, las habitaciones amplias y muy comodas. Todas las instalaciones estan muy cuidadas y limpias y la comida y las bebidas son excelentes. Les recomiendo mucho la excursion de las algas luminiscentes; Andy es un anfitrion magnifico, pendiente siempre de todos los participantes y es muy divertido. En conjunto ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de este viaje por Colombia, lo recomiendo mucho.

Me gusto mucho el hotel. El servicio y la atencion excelente. Eduardo en la parte de la administracion fue especialmente atento a q estuvieramos comodos y a hacer la estadia placentera. Y Marcelo en el comedor de Maravillas!!! Super atento. Fuimos 7 adultos y 2 niñas y siempre nos buscaba lo q le pediamos Fuimos con pension completa y la verdad me sorprendio la variedad de platos a elegir y todos muy ricos. Marcelo como nos quedamos 5 dias nos regalo una excursion a los manglares. Gracias Hicimos el paseo en lancha a hacer buceo con snorkel...Buenisimoooo lo recomiendo!!! Le diria a los de la lancha q tienen q tener escalera para subir a la lancha desde el mar porque estaba dificil y mas salvavidas adecuados a la edad. Festejamos mi cumpleaños de 70 con hijos y nietos. Estuvo genial

Estuvimos el fin de semana en Isla del encanto!! Para llegara al hotel, tienes que llegar al final de Baru, en donde desde el parqueadero que tienen, te recogen el una lancha y te llevan al hotel!! Una experiencia bastante agradable...ya que llegamos en la noche y tomamos la lancha rumbo al hotel en media de la nada!! Puedo decir que fue una estancia agradable, el hotel esta bien mantenido, la habitación muy agradable, limpia y espaciosa. Los desayunos bastante regulares. La verdad de las tres comidas que estaban incluidas en nuestro plan, el desayuno era el más malo. Y creo que deberían tener más opciones variedad!! Pero supongo que por estar tan retirado, hace que el manejo de los alimentos sea un poco limitado. El hotel está diseñado para desconectarse totalmente de todo, se puede descansar muy bien. Para un fin de semana está bien!! El personal fue muy amable y servicial, en conclusión una estancia agradable

Hemos pasado dos días muy buenos en el hotel, las instalaciones están muy bien y muy cuidadas. La pena ha sido la salida ,desde el mes de mayo habíamos contratada salida en lancha cuya duración es más o menos de 1 hora y nos han llevado en autobús que dura 2h ,30 En el check out ni el Sr Eduardo ni nadie nos ha informado de nada. El problema ha sido que han ido de pasadia 2 lanchas y para que pudiera volver toda la gente, han decidido desde el hotel y sin previo aviso enviarnos en autobus . Creo que habiendo 7 huéspedes con plaza reservada, no tenían que haber vendido más plazas de las que disponían

El ambiente tan bonito y tranquilo permite que siempre que vamos logremos desconectarnos y recargar baterías. El servicio es excelente. Sus instalaciones son hermosas. Se nota la atención a los pequeños detalles. ¡Súper recomendado!!!!
