O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao aeroporto, rápido deslocamento para cidade amuralhada e de frente para o mar. No entanto, é simples. Restaurante pequeno, nem todos os pratos do Menu estavam disponíveis. Café da Manhã saboroso porém com poucas opções. Funcionários solícitos, porém sem agilidade para solucionar os contratempos que surgiam. Por exemplo: todos os dias tivemos dificuldades com o cartão de acesso ao quarto - passamos 7 noites e sempre precisávamos chamar alguém para abrir e não procuraram resolver o problema de forma definitiva. Elevador pequeno, abafado e com cheiro de tapete úmido.

Por el precio y ubicación es rescatable, pues es barato y cerca del centro histórico. Sin embargo, las fotos no corresponden, se nota que no recibe mantenimiento, sí bien el clima de Cartagena es muy húmedo, las habitaciones guardan toda esa humedad y la ropa se apesta. Las habitaciones con vista al mar al estar igualmente cerca de la avenida, el ruido es insoportable, no las recomiendo en mi mínimo. La atención en el lobby y del resto del personal es excelente, eso sin duda rescata la estancia.

Sujo e muito apertado. Colocavam toalhas a menos, poucos travesseiros, poucas cobertas, serviço de quarto ruim, nem a cama arrumavam direito, o telefone funcionava. Janelas que não abriam. Barulho intenso a noite inteira por causa dos carros na avenida

As fotos não são compatíveis com o que se encontra: a avenida em frente ao hotel é um inferno de tanto barulho de buzinas, o quarto é velho, a cama é de péssima qualidade. Café da manhã é ok, os funcionários são excelentes.

Our worst experience from our trip to Colombia & Peru. Terrible old room, windows cant be fully closed, there is a massive crossroad right below this hotel where cars are driving in all directions all day and night long and these local drivers uses the horn to warn, greet, change direction, and at any given occasion all you can hear is only honk. Not a place for rest, only for deaf maybe. Second, we paid first 50€ to *********** for reservations and then this hotel asked to pay the rest price of additional 100€ at the reception in advance, for all three nights. We left immediately after first night and requested refund, they said when we were leaving that refund will be in a week because someone was taking vacation, then we sent many emails and made few phone calls and still haven’t received a single euro back. These are thieves and liars, should not be in a business of hospitality anymore. Funny point: they even ask for our passports, bank details and requested proof of payment and where to send the refund, but guess what, they never do it.

Las imagenes de internet no corresponden en nada a la realidad.Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento en general..pintura,desgaste puertas,en los baños y mas aseo Camarotes en la habitacion y eramos dos.Espacio muy reducido.Se rescata la ubicacion .Decepcionada..

Un precio justo para lo que es el hotel, sin embargo podrían adecuar repisas en el cuarto y baños para más comodidad, y tener menos una silla,. teniendo en cuenta que era una acomodación cuádruple no había mucho espacio Rico y abundante el desayuno. Muy amables y atentos

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue su ubicación, pues queda frente a una playa que es muy tranquila y perfecta para pasar un buen rato. Además que queda a pocos minutos del aeropuerto, Getsemani y el centro histórico. Las habitaciones son limpias y cuentan con un closet amplio. En mi caso, había una filtración en el piso de la ducha que mojaba parcialmente el baño. La atención del personal fue increíble. Son súper atentos y están pendientes de todo. El desayuno es bueno pero sin duda alguna puede mejorar, sería excelente si hubiera más variedad.
