The Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself.

Good service, warm and friendly. Very convenient transportation. A few minutes walk to the bell tower, especially through the park to see many wild animals, rare in the city. Breakfast special, in addition to the buffet you can also order, the food quality is high. The downside is that the wash basin design is a bit like a washing board, brushing teeth and getting all wet.

Excelente servicio. Natalia, Sebastián, luz y Kathe nos atendieron super bien. Todo lo que deseábamos nos dieron gusto. El lugar es acogedor. El sábado hubo música en vivo blues y jazz super el momento. Siempre hay disponibilidad y el ambiente es muy bueno.

The hotel was amazing. 5 stars for sure the attention was phenomenal food was great. The people in the front office natalia and johanna helped us out and made us feel like we were at home. The hotel truly was beautiful and anyone who goes to cartagena should immediately book here. It is really close to all the tourist places and you can easily walk to any where you want without having to always get a taxi which is good. Overall one of the best hotels i’ve been too and hundred percent recommend to everyone.

I wish I could give a 3.5 stars as this property is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. The food is delicious. That said, the service here is very inconsistent, especially by the pool. There were many times when people would forget my order and collectively, those of us there for hours at a time felt like we had to wave down servers to get service. During shift change, especially, is when things would fall through the cracks. Also, I had a handicapped room and did not have control over my air conditioner. I’d have to call the front desk to have them adjust it. And, there was no counter space at all in a huge bathroom. While this hotel has all the potential to be 5 stars at the prices it is charging, you need to be able to deliver in service and table stakes.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, I’ve just come back from my vacation and I was blown away. The location was incredible, and the simplicity and warmth of the people there really stood out. A big part of that was thanks to Lizz and Juan, the bellboy or receptionist haha, I saw him everywhere, Lizz was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything, making everything run smoothly and Juan, I’ve never met someone so hospitable. He was not only polite and helpful, but honestly felt like a travel buddy. He showed real dedication to his job, always with a great attitude and attention to detail. You can tell both of them love what they do, and it truly shaped the atmosphere of the hotel. They were the pillars of my experience.

Osh was very beautiful and vibrant hotel very close to the vineyard streets of Cartagena. The staff were all amazing and very helpful and nice. Big ups to my main man Saul who from the very beginning made sure we felt looked after. Would recommend to anyone!

Muy buen hotel, hermosa la decoración, tiene unos jardines exuberantes, excelente cama y almohadas, limpieza 10 de 10, el desayuno completo, tienen las dos opciones bufete y a la carta, muy buena atención de todo el personal. Tiene una terraza en el último piso con piscina y bar, hermosas vistas de la ciudad.
