Die Zimmer waren geräumig und schön. Die Klimaanlage ist in der ersten Nacht ausgefallen, wurde dann aber am zweiten Tag repariert. Danach keine Probleme mehr. Durch die Nachsaison gab es eine geringere Auswahl an Speisen.

Cosas buenas: el propio hotel en sí, esta nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas camas, limpio, nuevo, buenas piscinas. Cosas negativas: la ubicación es bastante mala, situado en medio de la nada. El buffet deja mucho que desear en cuánto a calidad y variedad. Las camas estaban muy mal hechas no a la llegada sino en la segunda noche. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en el restaurante situado en el bajo del hotel lo que hacía una estancia insoportable dentro. Y en la terraza de fuera tampoco se podía estar a no ser que uno se cubra al 100% de repelente de mosquitos.

Great bedroom, and balcony with a view over the three swimming pools to palm trees, the Mar Menor and La Manga. Hotel was immaculate, restaurant, food and service all excellent. Swam in the olympic pool everyday and played tennis a couple of times. Evening disco in the cocktail bar was an ok way to end the evening. The hotel was unique to us because we found it by accident two years ago when walking from Los Alcazares to Los Urrutias. It had been closed for some time, the pools were empty and weeds growing everywhere, yet it still looked magnificent. So we said we would come and stay if it opened again. It it also unique because it must be the cheapest hotel of the 99 Barcelo hotels in Spain. We stayed for four days, in a superior room, full board, with unlimited wine at lunch and dinner for just 424 Euros. Now that is just incredible value.

Estuvimos este fin de semana pasado con varios amigos. El trato a la llegada fue maravilloso. Que decir de sus instalaciones. Las piscinas impecables, el personal de animación de 10, aún tenemos agujetas del Aqua Gym. El buffet increíble sin colas pese a que estaba lleno a la hora que nosotros comimos. Mucha variedad y calidad. Sin duda estamos deseando volver.

Lo mejor del hotel la ubicacion para quien busque desconectar y descansar..las piscinas y las habitaciones muy amplias y la cama muy comoda..lo que mejoraria es la comida pues no es la adecuada para un hotel 4estrellas...no nos gusto el domingo que fueron invitados el personal con sus familiares rompiendo la esencia de un hotel tranquilo pasando a un hotel de batalla..es un gran detalle para los trabajadores,pero molesto para la gente que esta pagando y quiere descansar...por ultimo agradecer al equipo de animacion en especial a Carolina por felicitarnos nuestro aniversario y por alegrar a todos por su simpatia..volveremos pero no cuando vayan invitados los familiares del personal..

Very nice resort. Clean quiet. 2 points: Smokers around the swimming pool are a pain and there is no proper sea beach (but swimming pools are amazing). Resort should limit smoking areas around pool and build a proper sea beach.

Fue una estancia muy agradable. Nos trataron muy bien. Las habitaciones del edificio principal son espectaculares. Muy cómodas. Nos mejoraron la habitación y nos dieron una suite con acceso a la piscina que era una maravilla. Y la cama comodisima. Excelente para desconectar unos días y relajarse. Y excelente relación calidad/precio. Volveremos sin duda.
