Very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Good price. Close to town, restaurants, shopping, etc. Full-size fridge, small stovetop and kitchenette. Breakfast not included. Nothing fancy, but I’d stay here again when visiting the area.

First day for two adults one night, July 4, 2023. Positives. Nice location in Carrollton near shopping and restaurants, but sit slightly off by itself in a wooded area Nice suites that look like they have been recently updated. I like how the desk and dresser where all one piece and the desk is large, which my husband appreciated since he worked from here. Nice, clean outdoor pool and gazebo Pet friendly Negatives Staff was not warm and friendly at all not at check in or check out. Very disappointing. They didn’t seem like they cared whatsoever about anything. Some suites only come in one bed I don’t know if there weren’t enough two beds or if we couldn’t use our points for them or what but we had to get two rooms in order to get two beds, so it burned more points No breakfast included in the morning there is no food at the hotel, although there is a McDonald’s up the street

This hotel needs a ton. The beds are awful, the exercise room has all the equipment “out of order” . The pool is small, the location is ok but nothing special. People are nice just short handed. For the money not horrible but certainly not deluxe
