El hotel en sí está genial. Me tocó una habitación en la otra casona aparte del hotel y estaba muy bien. Esta un poco apartado pero tiene playa cerca. Muy recomendable.

The service was attentive and very pleasant and patient, apart from giving the directions perfectly. The room had three beds when we were two, which is not that important, and it was spacious, but it needs a little renovation, due to the cracks it had, not very important but it does need a little updating. The bathroom was spacious, with a bidet and hairdryer, plus a bathtub. The breakfast was correct, cold cuts, pastries, delicious homemade cake, various fruits, and juices from a tetra pack. However, we will return.

Estuve en este sitio con mi chico, pasamos 3 días maravillosos, la ubicación de el hotel es perfecta! Desde levantarte y al abrir las ventanas puedes apreciar la vegetación, los animales y sus sonidos. Sin embargo el confort y el standard del hotel es muy alto, la habitación muy cómoda y el servicio impecable; desde la limpieza de las habitaciones hasta el servicio de atención al cliente. Quiero agradecer mucho a el Sr Lucas, quien nos recibió y brindó su amabilidad en cada momento, a Cristine quien fue tan linda, muy dulce y en especial a Virginia que nos ha atendido con tanta empatía, cariño y nobleza. Soy una persona que las experiencias, lugares y personas se las lleva en el corazón y este lugar y las personas sin duda los he traído conmigo! S&D❤️

Hola, la semana pasada mi esposa y yo estuvimos alojados en el Hotel El Carmen durante 2 noches en MP. La habitación que nos dio Moisés (el Director) es la MEJOR del hotel: grande, con balcón orientado al sur, hidromasaje…La cena con comida casera, y el desayuno…un excelente bufé. La camarera del comedor muy agradable y servicial. Las habitaciones muy limpias…felicito a la camarera de habitaciones. En definitiva, cada vez que volvemos a este hotel estamos MÁS AGUSTO…el TRATO del PERSONAL es EXCEPCIONAL.

La habitación que reservamos tenía humedades y zonas con hongos visibles. El olor a humedades no lo pudimos tolerar y como el hotel no tenía otras habitaciones disponibles nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel. Como si esta sorpresa no fuera suficiente, el gerente del hotel se negó a reembolsarnos la reserva porque, según él, « a otra gente no le hubiera molestado ». Desaconsejo completamente hospedarse en esta propiedad. Impresionante la actitud del hotel. No vayan.
