This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely village in the highlands. Our room was clean and fresh with an amazing super king 4 poster bed. The bathroom was spacious with a waterfall shower and spa bath. Plenty of warm fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Steven, Tracey and their daughter were wonderful hots who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Breakfast was included and freshly cooked. Absolutely delicious. There were also cereals, fresh fruit and juice available. I would definitely recommend a visit. It was also very good value for money, and we have already booked again for next year.

Steven en Tracey zijn fantastisch als gastheer en gastvrouw. Niks is hen te veel om het jouw naar je zin te maken. Aangezien zij de streek heel goed kennen, hebben ze ons een boel goeie tips gegeven. Ook het ontbijt is geweldig, keuze genoeg. Bedankt Steven en Tracey voor de geweldige dagen!

Fantastic hosts, delicious breakfast A+ hospitality! Steve and Tracey are extremely gracious hosts and very helpful! The breakfast was outstanding and made to order and served at a scheduled time. Very convenient! The setting is beautiful and the historic building intriguing. It’s a short drive to Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns and just a bit further to Glenlivet Distillery.

A perfect introduction to the scottish highlands We stayed here as the first night of our holiday to the highlands. After a long day on the road we were greeted by Steve and shown to our room on the top floor. We had nice view of the garden, where we could see both bird and rabbit. If you're lucky you might see some local deer. The room was spacious, well lit, and had a very bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast was outstanding. We had the scrambled eggs and salmon on sourdough toast. Overall we highly recommend a stay at Dalrachney. Great hosts, and peaceful location for those looking for some R&R.

Staff and ownership were completely gracious and outgoing. Grounds were kept well except for a grass clippings pile along their river walk. The rooms and communal rooms were all very clean and historic. I would totally recommend this for a countryside stay.

Super stay at Dalrachney Lodge. Hosts are so lovely, we enjoyed chatting with them and enjoyed their recommendation for places to visit. Food amazing. Room so beautiful and comfortable, perfect location for our silver anniversary! We will return. Julie Grant
