Foi-nos atribuído o quarto 203. Há noite, quando entrámos no hall do quarto, sentimos um cheiro desagradável. Chamei o recepcionista que constatou o mau cheiro, tendo-nos disponibilizado o quarto 211. Aparentemente, tudo estavam bem neste quarto . Quando acabámos de fazer a mudança de quartos, um cheiro intenso a tabaco tinha-se instalado no WC do novo quarto. Voltei a contactar o recepcionista que também confirmou o cheiro a tabaco. Só não pedimos novamente para mudar de quarto, porque já eram 23:30h e, no outro dia, tínhamos que sair cedo. Optámos por fechar a porta do WC e a porta de acesso ao quarto. Foi um desassossego o final da noite, algo que nunca nos tinha acontecido. Certamente que, pelo menos, o cheiro a tabaco no quarto é repetitivo, ou seja, sempre que o hóspede do quarto ao lado, fuma no WC, o cheiro a tabaco, invade o quarto 211. LAMENTÁVEL que os responsáveis pela manutenção do Hotel não se preocupem com o bem estar dos hóspedes. Mostrei o meu desagrado no Livro de Reclamações, e não voltarei às unidades hoteleiras do INATEL.

A localização é muito boa, junto a uma pequena vila com características de uma aldeia tradicional portuguesa. As vistas do hotel são bastante pitorescas (embora algumas partes estejam afetadas, neste verão, pelos incêndios). Por fora, é quase impossível adivinhar o quão bonito é o edifício por dentro, o qual contém uma escadaria magnífica e um estilo de arquitetura ampla e luminosa. O Hotel contém vários serviços como piscina (ideal para o calor do verão), ginásio (bem equipado), biblioteca (fresca e com vista para todo o edifício) e vários espaços de convívio (com mesa de bilhar e de ténis de mesa). Os funcionários são muito profissionais, simpáticos e oferecem ajuda para quem quiser fazer trilhos de caminhada pela Serra, fornecendo mapas e informações. É um hotel ideal, tanto para quem quer usufruir do mesmo, como para quem procura um lugar para descansar entre visitas a museus, caminhadas, etc... Os quartos são muito bons e as camas muito confortáveis. Um local espetacular para umas ótimas férias descansadas. A repetir!

Excelente unidade INATEL. Zonas comuns muito espaçosas e tudo muito limpo. Pessoal muito profissional e atencioso. Pequeno almoço de muito boa qualidade. Irei repetir certamente e recomendo. Algumas famílias têm neste local o ponto de encontro de verão.

Foi a nossa estreia na rede Inatel e não podia ter sido melhor. Hotel sossegado, espaçoso, com belas piscinas para miúdos e graúdos. Ambiente seguro para as crianças com uma equipa prestável e simpática. Pequenos almoços e jantares variados e com qualidade.

Hotel top do grupo INATEL muito bonito. Muito agradável e inserido em local bonito e agradável para um bom descanso e relaxamento. Boas e confortáveis instalações Bom pequeno almoço Excelentes refeições tipo buffet com muita qualidade. A repetir em próxima passagem.

The hotel bedrooms are very good, big and comfortable. The food was also very good (as normal in any Inatel). Down side is the fact that there is not much to do in the hotel. Swimming pool is outside, so not of usage for winter season (it would benefit from being covered). The snooker is good quality, but not for free! Nothing else to spend the time in the hotel. Os quartos do hotel são muito bons, grandes e confortáveis. A comida também foi muito boa (como é normal em qualquer Inatel). A desvantagem é o fato de não haver muito o que fazer no hotel. A piscina fica ao ar livre, portanto não é usada no inverno (seria grande vantagem se estivesse coberta). O snooker/bilhar é de boa qualidade, mas não é de graça! Nada mais para passar o tempo no hotel.

El hotel estéticamente es muy agradable. Está en una pequeña localidad un tanto aislado. Tiene un restaurante correcto con buena relación calidad precio en general, pero hay zonas del hotel con humedades y malos olores muy desagradables. La WiFi falla con facilidad y la calefacción por bomba de calor es ruidosa. Buenas vistas.
