B&B Demetra

Abbiamo soggiornato da Demetra 5 notti per visitare la puglia e la zona del salento. Beb a conduzione familiare,i cui proprietari sono persone squisite. Tutto l'ambiente è curato e sopratutto pulito,sia fuori che dentro le camere. Antonio ogni mattina ci ha deliziato con la colazione,super abbondante e con aggiunta di frutta fresca e secca a km zero. Antica masseria con solo poche camere ognuna con carattere diverso e veramente curate con amore nei dettagli. Colazione abbondante con prodotti freschi. Ospiti disponibili e presenti pronti a rispondere alle richieste. Il tutto vicino al paese di Carovigno con il suo bel centro storico anche se nascosto.

Demetra è un accogliente b&b appena fuori Carovigno, noi eravamo 4 coppie e abbiamo scelto questa location che sapevamo strategica sia x il mare che x visitare i paesi limitrofi e così è stato. Le camere sono dotate di tutti i confort x un buon soggiorno, arredamenti nuovi, bagni idem e in esterno ogni camera ha una zona attrezzata con tavolo e sedie + uno stendi biancheria. Ottimo livello di pulizia e spettacolari olivi secolari in giardino. Host che vivono nella struttura e sempre reperibili, buona colazione con prodotti anche preparati dalla signora Anna Stella con marmellate fatte in casa molto buone. È impossibile trovare un difetto a questo b&b. Cura del dettaglio, pulizia,colazione, cordialità e gentilezza. Tutto al top. La marmellata di limoni e spettacolare. Antonio e sua moglie sono i numeri uno. Posto strategico per visitare la valle d'Itria.

Un véritable havre de paix entouré d'un jardin garni de citronniers, figuiers et autres végétaux tropicaux. Le parc est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La chambre d'hôte très confortable est d'une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner "italien" avec beaucoup de produits maison, pâtisserie, fruits et confitures est servi sur une terrasse très agréable. Manque juste une note salé pour le petit déjeuner. Notre seul regret, la barrière de la langue ne nous a pas permis d'échangé avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons ce lieux.

If you really want value for money, look no further. This B&B is the very best we have ever visited and there are quite a few. Everything is super clean. Everything is cleaned very well every day.  The room is very large and comfortably furnished. There is a fridge with freezer compartment. A very large wardrobe with many clothes hooks. The breakfast is exceptionally good. I drank the most delicious cappuccino there. Annastella bakes fresh pastries every day, one even tastier than the other. There are also rolls, butter, homemade jam, croissants, fruit from the garden, freshly squeezed juice, yogurt. Actually too many to mention. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, a feast for the eyes. Everything is made with so much attention to detail.  Each room has its own terrace with garden furniture and a large laundry rack. The villa is located about 1.5 km from the center of Carovigno. A very nice town with beautiful white houses and too many delicious restaurants. Ostuni is nearby and the sea is 10 minutes by car.  It is a perfect base to visit all kinds of cities. The owners have cats and there were kittens there when we were there. Antonio and his wife really care about the animals. They take care of them with lots of love. And they ensure that the kittens are sterilized, so that no more are added. It was great to enjoy breakfast in the morning and watch the kittens play in the more than 500 year old olive tree.  You can really relax here.
