Nous sommes allés séjourner dans cet hôtel dans le cadre de vacances en famille. L’hôtel est situé à l’écart de la ville, au calme en campagne au milieu des oliviers . C’est un endroit magnifique et l’hôtel et ses prestations sont très jolies. L’horreur débute dans la journée alors que nous sommes à la piscine car l’hôtel héberge un séminaire d’entreprise, et aucune personne de l’hôtel ne nous a prévenu : cris, applaudissements à tout rompre b’viennent troubler la tranquillité des lieux . Le pire est à venir: le soir, musique a tue tête jusqu’à pas d’heure et ballet de portes qui claquent jusqu’au petit matin - bref, un cauchemar sans que nous ayons été averti/ À fuir si vous cherchez la tranquillité

Struttura meravigliosa immersa in un parco adibito a pratica Golf a margine di piscine fantastiche. Servizi e pulizia sempre eccellenti, in particolare da segnalare la gentilezza di Gianluca nella veste di cameriere addetto di sala, nei servizi di ristorazione sempre ai massimi livelli.

Rondreis puglia met 45 p. Groot domein, zeer proper . Dranken tamelijk duur . Frisdrank en biertje 5€ . Glas wijn en proseco 6€. Eten s'avonds ok en voldoende, houden rekening met wensen wat betreft allergenen. Minpunt is ontbijt .1 koffiemachine voor 70 man ( 2 groepen ) Aanvullen loopt ook niet goed. Geen airco in eetzaal. Wat echt onaangenaam is . Kamers zeer proper, moderne airco met grillen , safe en minifrigo. Weinig zitplaatsen op buitenterras.

Il sito non rende giustizia alla bellezza della masseria dentro e fuori. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e la cucina eccezionale. Avendo avvisato che sono intollerante al lattosio, non solo hanno curato i vari piatti così da evitarmi disagi, ma hanno anche provveduto a farmi dei dessert ad hoc!

Had a grat stay
Very nice hotel to stay, beautiful area. Rooms are cleaned every day. You must have a car to stay in the area to get around. Special thanks to Viviana, Cosimo and Giuseppe for the great customer service and professionalism.

Un bel hôtel mais qui doit être plus à l’ecoute
Un magnifique lieu d hébergement mais qui axe ses services sur l’événementiel et du coup oublie les touristes. 4 mariages en 4 jours tout le personnel y est dédié de fait des saletés laissés par des touristes (serviettes de bain, verres, bouteilles, seau à champagne, cendriers pleins, crackers,..) ont trainé 4 jours au bord de la piscine. Avec un coup de vent les verres se sont cassés de fait pleins de morceaux il a fallu demander le balayage… côté petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur du prix payé très léger… beaucoup de sucre et peu de diversité de fromage ou plats salés. Une déception aussi de cette prestation. le personnel très sympathique, et serviable lors des demandes mais pas assez nombreux. Pas de réels salons, les produits sont très limités à la disposition des clients… nous avons vu beaucoup mieux dans des 4 étoiles même 3 dans d’autres endroits .cote repas nous n’avons pas pris sur place, pas d’affichage 40 euros sans les boissons pour ne pas connaître le menu apparemment limité Bref un bel endroit mais l’hôtel devrait faire un choix entre touristes et autres prestations
