San Juan beach water club has always been my go to when I one time Puerto Rico. They are currently in renovation. They are switching owners, so they are changing the look of the place and updating it.

I am writing to request your assistance regarding a charge for my stay at Aire De Olive/Water Beach Club, originally booked from October 13th to October 17th, 2024. Unfortunately, I was forced to check out early due to unacceptable conditions in the room. On the morning of October 14th, I woke up and found both large and small baby roaches in my room. Concerned about my health and the cleanliness of the hotel, I immediately informed the front desk staff at 7:00 AM. I was told that the manager would not be available until around 11:00 AM, but they were unsure of the exact time. They advised me to write an email instead. I had a boat excursion scheduled for 11:00 AM, and due to the situation with the roaches, I didn’t want to risk any of them getting into my belongings. As a result, I decided to check out immediately and book another hotel. Although I emailed the manager as advised, I never received a response or call. I had to follow up twice by phone, and when I finally spoke with the manager, she was uncooperative and made the resolution process unnecessarily difficult. Due to the unacceptable conditions and the difficulty I encountered in resolving this matter, I am requesting a refund for the portion of my stay that I did not use, as I had to check out on October 14th. I have attached all relevant documentation, including my booking confirmation, check-out receipt, and email correspondence with the hotel. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter. I look forward to your help in resolving this issue.

The ambiance and service at this hotel deserves five stars. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous along with the view of the ocean. The only floor is this hotel is missing room service. Other than that I had the most amazing experience overall.

Everything was expensive . they had beverages in the fridge that we had to pay for…. keep in mind the hotel is already not all inclusive… while showering water kept coming on floors and seeping through cracks somewhere so we kept having to wipe up with towels. other than that the stay was okay nothing too exciting, i feel like i expected way more

The manager is very rude and there was cockroaches in a room I was charge $700 for 2 night and they want to charge me 125 for makeup stain on a towel saying it’s damaged

We loved the cozy feel of this hotel very intimate and just what we were looking for! Didn’t want to be lost in a huge hotel, this was close to everything and felt welcomed and inviting!

I had a great time here. The services are great, they are very helpful, and caring of your stay. I highly recommend visiting here and having a great time.

The room smelled like mold, the construction was out of control. They said it wouldn’t start until 8 AM. It starts much earlier so you can forget about sleep. The pool on the second floor is not open. It’s under construction. The customer service is awful. The drinks in the restaurant on the rooftop are great. The food is not and most food you ask for that’s on the menu they don’t have. I couldn’t even get coffee my first morning for a long time because a girl couldn’t figure out how to make it work. Luckily, there was a very nice man who I believe was the cook that morning, who went downstairs and made me a cappuccino at a different location that was the only person that went above and beyond. The rest of the staff does not seem to care you’re there at all. Hotel should be shut down until the construction is complete or prices should be cut in half. That’s ridiculous for what I paid and the experience I had on my birthday trip. Hotel was clean. Location nice but I would just stay somewhere with better reviews !
