The room is very good, a resort hotel, one bedroom and one living room, the space is large enough, very comfortable, the lobby is spacious and bright, I like it very much. The breakfast variety is not comparable to domestic five-star hotels, but it is much better than other hotels in Puerto Rico.

Very nice hotel, clean, spacious room. Breakfast could be more varied, but freshly prepared omelettes were good. And the best thing was the outdoor pool. We especially appreciated the evening swimming. Unlike other hotels, the pool was open until 10pm.

The room was smaller than i expected and the view was not very good . Both the bathroom and bedroom sink went down real slow . I have stayed there before and this was my most unpleasant stay

We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. Props to Ms. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

This is my third time staying in this hotel. Walking distance from the beach, close to the airport, restaurants and shopping centers. Great atmosphere, love their hospitality, restaurant, bar, their night socials and that breakfast is included. Would like to give a shoutout to the entire hotel staff including Mr. Oliver (beach staff). Thanks for the great service and see you next year.

It’s a shame that I have to write this review about this Hotel that my family was so excited to go. And that is part of the Hilton family One of my favorite hotels to stay at. I had to cancel because my wife is pregnant and she couldn’t fly, I had a doctor note to prove it. They did not even care. Someone told me they were gonna call me back and they didn’t even bother to, I’m still waiting. All I wanted was a refund or at least hotel credit for another time to stay with my family. They don’t care about customer service. All they care about is taking your money. Im soooo disappointed i worked hard to save for this trip.

I am (soon to be) a Lifetime Diamond Member so I travel extensively. This happened to be my first time traveling to Puerto Rico so I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff at this hotel was friendly and eager to please. Even when there appeared to be a slight language barrier, their smile showed universal language. Also, I would like to recognize one staff member, Alejandro Rios Cardona, that in my opinion went above and beyond the norm and I took notice. Alejandro seemed to be the go to guy to get things done and his total focus was customer service! Good job Alejandro, and all the rest of the staff that made it a very pleasurable stay!
